    The Trainer Path is the generations of Possibility Management Trainers and Trainer-Trainers bonding together through mutually supported Liquid States which occur while walking the transformational Path of learning to Hold Space, Set Context, deliver PM Thoughtmaps, apply the 13 Tools & the 7 Core Skills, use 3 Phase Healing theory, navigate emotional healing processes and transformational PM Processes.

  • What Is The Trainer Path?

    The Trainer Path is a Team & a Transformational School.

    A Team

    The Trainer Path is the Team of Trainers delivering Expand The Box Trainings or seriously preparing themselves to deliver Expand The Box Trainings.


    In the Trainer Path, you are as much committed to your own Evolution and Transformation as you committed to the Evolution and Transformation of the people in your Circle and your colleagues on the Trainer Path. You support, love and create possibility each other to shift your Point of Origin from ordinary modern culture to your own unique extraordinary responsibly-contexted culture and becoming a space through which your Bright Principles and Archetypal Lineage can do their work in the world.


    The Trainer Path helps each other succeed, not to success.


    In the Trainer Path, healers heal healers. You heal each other by going through and holding space for every emotional healing process free of monetary cost.


    Some Trainer's Archetypal Lineage is to be a Trainer-Trainer or a Trainer-Trainer Trainer. The Trainer-Trainer's job is to train Possibilitators to become Expand The Box Trainers, and Possibility Lab Trainers.


    The Trainer Path creatively collaborates with Trainers and Gameworlds from other contexts to juice up Next Culture gameworlds with the powerful distinctions and initiations discovered in Possibility Management.

    A Transformational School

    The Trainer Path is a transformational school for Possibility Management Trainers, also called a professional upgrade program.


    Becoming an Expand The Box Trainer requires to shed, transform and morph the facets of your Box that are in the way for you to become an Expand The Box Trainer.


    The Transformational school of the Trainer Path prepares and open doors for you to:
    - go through the necessary 99 shift-processes to become an Expand The Box Trainer and/or a Possibility Lab Trainer

    - keep improving the skills and technology needed to be an Expand The Box Trainer and/or a Possibility Lab Trainer

    - get updated on the latest discoveries of processes, distinctions and exercises


    The Trainer Path Transformational School is a field that is supported by many spaces. The Trainer Pather meet regularly. You meet weekly in your regional Possibilitator Training Clump. And, in addition, the Trainer Path meets every 2 weeks to practice skills needed to deliver Expand The Box Trainings, and/or Possibility Labs. The Trainer Path calls are held by one of the Trainer-Trainers part of the TTT School.

    The Possibilitator Training weekly call and the Trainer Path bi-monthly calls do not replace your participation in each of these spaces of transformation:

  • How To Become a Possibility Management Trainer?


    A Trainer Is Not An Educator

    A Trainer is not an educator. An educator is not a Trainer.


    An educator teaches others what they know from what is already known. An educator builds on the known knowledge continent and promotes defensive learning - learning something new on top of what you already know.


    A Trainer stands in the nature of reality - nothingness and groundlessness - holds and navigates space for participants to discover what they didn't know they didn't know about. A Trainer lands whatever distinction is needed by your clients and participants. The Trainer as well as the participants navigate spaces of expansive learning - where the learning doesn't build on previous knowledge but comes out of a different knowledge continent. To create a different knowledge continent, the Trainer creates a space with a Point Of Origin anchored in a different context than the context of Modern Culture. In that sense, your training is also a transformational school. Good news that you are in one too!


    There is many many schools for educators. Almost every schooling system in the world is a school to teach teachers. There are almost no schools for Trainers. You have found one.

    A Possibility Management Trainer

    In the PM gameworld we are paying more attention to the name of things. This is what we have figured out.

    • A 'Possibility Manager' is someone who loves and uses Possibility Management personally and professionally.
    • A 'Possibility Coach' is someone who has been through at least 5 Possibility Labs, watched the 100 Possibility Coaching demonstration videos at Create Possibility, has made their Possibility Coach website, and is delivering professional paid online-or-offline Possibility Coaching sessions.
    • A 'Possibilitator' is someone who has made a true commitment to themselves to be on the Possibilitator Path including a commitment to participating in at least 10 Possibility Labs over several years and 3 or more ETBs with different Trainers.
    • A 'Possibility Trainer' or 'Possibility Management Trainer' is someone who has been a committed participant in Possibilitator Training and has built up their Circle by going through the 10 Possibilitator Doorways, and it was discovered along that way that their Possibilitator Specialty is 'Trainer', and has been asked by the PM Trainer-Trainer Training School to deliver a Practice Expand The Box in their presence, and has delivered it and was certified by the TTTSchool Team to be an 'ETB Trainer',  and is now delivering paid Expand The Box trainings.
  • What is it like being a Possibility Management Trainer?


    If the way to becoming a Possibility Management Trainer is called the Trainer Path, there is no one way to become a Trainer because Trainers are not a replica of one another.

    Each Trainer is uniquely shaped by their life experience, the initiatory processes they've gone through, their Archetypal Lineage, their Bright Principles, and their Pearl. Your Trainer Path will be equally specialized.

    However, they do exist specific spaces and procedures in which Transformational Trainer skills are learned and sharpened. Like rungs on a ladder, each step is necessary.

    These are not suggestions. The following elements are as essential to being a transformational Trainer as a paddle is to being a kayaker.


    Memorize The Map

    Literally memorize the contents of the following 3 websites that we have made specifically to support you becoming a Possibility Management Trainer:

    Participate in 5 Expand The Box

    with various Trainers in different locations. Each Expand The Box Training is unique as in and of itself AND it is also unique for you.

    Expand The Box Training is full with distinctions and initiations. During your first Expand The Box Training you might "get" about 10-20% of the distinctions offered. You will most probably totally forget some Thoughtmaps.

    In each Expand The Box Training, you dive deeper into the brillance and potential of each of the 40 Thoughtmaps delivering in ETB.


    Participate in 10 Possibility Labs

    with various Trainers in different locations in the period of 2-4 years. This is where you will integrate the distinctions and thoughtmaps of Possibility Management into practical use in your 5-Bodies for you daily life. Somewhere along the path (often after Possibility Lab #6 or #7) you relocate your Point Of Origin into the context of Extraordinary and simply refuse to move it back. This might stop you from doing Possibility Labs #8, #9, #10. Do your 10 Labs, because in Lab #8, #9, #10, you will start having access to the Archetypal domains.

    The process that you go through in Expand The Box and Possibility Lab are authentic adulthood initiatory processes.

    If you do not go through each adulthood initiation personally yourself, how useful would you be trying to bring someone else through these processes?

    Join the Possibilitator Path and Complete the 10 Doorways.

    Before entering the Trainer Path, you have join the Possibilitator Training. In the Possibilitator Training, you are in a Team of Possibilitator working on bring the following 10 doorways to life. Completing the 10 doorways is necessary before joining the Trainer Path speciality of the Possibilitator Training.


    Hold A Weekly Possibility Team

    Source your own online-or-offline Possibility Team. Start with one or two people, you don't need more. There are many options in Possibility Team. For example, each week you can read one S.P.A.R.K. and do the S.P.A.R.K. experiments together. During the week, keep doing the experiment. The following week check-in about the results and insights your team has during the week. Then do the next SPARK. There are over 200 SPARKs in English. You are set for almost 4 years.


    Participate and Deliver Rage Club

    Participate and then deliver first Introduction to Rage Club and then Rage Club.

    After you have participated in your first Expand The Box, join an Introduction to Rage Club, and then a Rage Club (at least 4-week Series).


    Then you can participate in a Rage Club Spaceholder Training (6 weeks), and start delivering your own Introduction to Rage Club and Rage Clubs. It might seem necessary at some point to join again a Rage Club as a participate to deepen your own matrix about Rage and spaceholding.


    Play StartOver.xyz

    The massively multiplayer online and offline thoughtware upgrade personal transformation game StartOver.xyz is a web of more than 500 websites, each packed with distinctions and your next experiment.

    Participate and Deliver Fear Club

    Participate and then deliver first Introduction to Fear Club and then Fear Club.

    After you have participated in your first Expand The Box, join an Introduction to Fear Club, and then a Fear Club (at least 4-week Series).


    Then you can participate in a Fear Club Spaceholder Training (6 weeks), and start delivering your own Introduction to Fear Club and Fear Clubs. It might seem necessary at some point to join again a Fear Club as a participate to deepen your own matrix about Fear and spaceholding.


    Go through 100 Emotional Healing Processes and Create a EHP Dojo.

    The main resistance that exist right now for you to be a Possibility Management Trainer are your own emotional blocks to Being Present, Radically Relying on your inner and outer resources, sourcing your own culture is your radically-responsible based nanonation.


    There is no way around Emotional Healing Process. 100 EHP is a good start.


    Create or join an Emotional Healing Process Dojo for that effect.


    Deliver weekly Possibility Coaching

    Deliver 2 paid online-or-offline Possibility Coaching sessions per week.

    By delivering Possibility Coaching, Possibility Mediation, Possibility Psychology, or Feelings Practitioner sessions you will learn from the same processes you are navigating for your clients, or you could not navigate them. Does this build your matrix? You bet it does! Plus you will earn the extra cash you need to participate in your next Possibility Labs. You do not need to work for a corporation.

    Ken Windes was a prisoner in the maximum security prison at Marion, Illinois. He made an agreement with Dr. Martin Groder, the prison psychiatrist, that Martin would help him grow up enough to get out of prison if Ken would do everything Dr. Groder gave him to do which included reading a list of 100 books. Ken did it. And within a few years Ken was forced to leave the prison because he was too responsible to stay there.     Get into every Trainer Training that you can. Trainer Skills Days, Trainer Research Days, Trainer Path Labs, Trainer Skill Labs, ... Trainer Trainings are 2-day or 5-day intense skill-building training spaces. They are invested in creating a particular liquid state for spaceholder, which requires a number of Emotional Healing Process.


    Trainer Trainings are often delivered post-Possibility Lab to surf the wave of the liquid states of the Lab and insert finer distinctions, skills and processes needed for trainers.


    Deliver 100 Public Talks

    Deliver 100 WorkTalks, Interviews, Presentation and 25 one- or two-day Workshops before considering delivering Expand The Box.

    The originator of Possibility Management, Clinton Callahan, gave well over 200, two-hour talks before delivering his first Expand The Box training. We found a cardboard box full of cassette tapes of his recorded talks and are putting them online at Next Culture Radio as samples.

    During each of your talks you will learn the value of what you are saying, how to answer questions, and how to navigate Gremlin-filled spaces.

    Each talk builds Your Circle of people who know you and trust you and will help you become a Trainer by participating in your offerings. These are the people who will come to your Expand The Box trainings.


    Take a Stand for What You Have Taken a Stand for

    You have already taken a stand to be a Trainer or you would not be reading this information.

    You have not already taken as stand for the stand you have taken.

    By the end of your fifth or sixth Possibility Lab you will probably have separated your 4 Feelings, distinguished your 4 feelings from your 4 Emotions, unmixed your Emotions, taken responsibility for a number of your Parts, be avoiding a lot of your Reactivity, have your Gremlin at your side, have your Center, Bubble, and Grounding Cord, be able to Hold Space and Navigate Space, have your Bright Principles, be using your 13 Tools, be basically Unhookable, and be able to do Dragon Speaking.


    Now, take a stand for the stand that you have taken. Walk down the street, go to parties, meet people with the stand that you are taking: that you are offering them a life-boat out the misery of surviving in modern culture.


    If you do not take that stand, they cannot get on the life-boat and you are leaving them behind playing in the obsolete gameworlds of modern culture.

    As you go along your path as a Trainer, you will create content: events, offerings, videos, interviews, processes, articles,...
    Update regularly your website so it reflects to the best of its capacity where you are on your path right now.

    When you have about 100 people on your mailing list, start sending out your monthly Newsletter with a photograph, a distinction, a S.P.A.R.K. experiment, and invitations to your Study Group, Possibility Team, Rage Club, and Public Talks and Workshops.

    Write at least one article each month and publish it on Academia or Medium about what you are researching at the moment. This is NOT a blog.

    This is NOT a post at your Facebook page.

    Write your article, 3-5 pages, with a start, a middle, and an end. It gives a distinction or two. It tells a story. It gives an example, and at the end it gets wrapped up satisfactorily, like a ribbon on a birthday present.

    Can you be on the Trainer Path Team?

    The Trainer Path is a Team. How to do you get on the Trainer Path? Get on the Team. When are you on the Team? You are on the Team when you are on the Team. The question that remains is: can you be on the Team?


    This is a yes or no question... In the radically responsible gameworld of Possibility Management, there are only two rules: what a Woman can do, and what she cannot do. I heard this applies equally to men. If you don't understand what this means, I suggest you to watch (re-watch!) Pirates of the Caribbean I.


    The only remaining question is: can you be on the Team? If you can be on the Team, then you are on the Team. If you can't be on the Team, then you are not on the Team.


    How do you know if you are on the Team? You are on the Team when the legends of your actions align with the purpose of the Trainer Path.


    You are a on the Trainer Path before you enter the Trainer Path. The Trainer Path is not a space to decide if you want to be a Trainer - that would be the Possibilitator Training where you can distill your specialty. The Trainer Path is the space for you to unfold your skills as an Expand The Box Trainer.


    Being a Trainer does not come with a certificate. It becomes clear that you are a Trainer when you have been through certain doorways along your preparation path to become a Trainer. These doorways are listed below.

    Yes, enter the Possibilitator Training and go through the 10 doorways with your regional Team to support you.






  • Being On The Path

    Your Problems Get Bigger

    Upon entering the Trainer Path, you might discover that your problems get bigger.


    The Trainer Path happens only if someone sources it. Who is source the Trainer Path? That would be you and every Trainer Path on the Team. Each team member source the Team at the level of responsibility and matrix from which they can source the Team.


    When you enter the Trainer Path, most people can source the Team better than you can. So what? They have worked hard and build the matrix to do so by sourcing the Team when others could do it better than them. This is the organism of the Team, team members keep replacing themselves where they are competent. The result is no one is perfectly competent where they are. Everyone is learning to source what they don't know how to source yet. This is an evolutionary gameworld.


    What needs to be sourced in the Trainer Path? Many dimensions. A number of those dimensions are listed in the Create a Trainer Path Regional website.

    At a certain point on your Trainer Path, your perspective will shift from a personal one to a gameworld-wide one. This shift happens while you are on the Trainer Path. Your question(s) will shift from: how can I be a better Trainer? to What am I doing to make Possibility Management happen right now?


    From this perspective, being on the Team means you act not only for your own benefit, or gameworld but for the benefit of the Possibility Management Trainer Guild itself.


    As a Trainer Pathwalkers, you become an active player in the Possibility Management gameworld by taking responsibility and sourcing more and more of the following:

    • You create legend-making actions on your own behalf in the name of the Possibility Management Trainer Path.
    • You build a team who love Possibility Management and collaborate with you to grow the context in their local area.
    • You leave post-cards and flyers leaving seed for your work in Possibility Management as well as Possibility Management books in bookstores, cafés, centers, schools, city halls, wherever you go.
    • You create outfits, dances, or theater pieces for the Trainer Path and you showcase them in talks, workshops, festivals, trainings, YouTube videos and on your website.
    • You regularly attend conferences, summit, festivals, fairs to deliver talks, workshops and presentation and synergistic connections in the name of Possibility Management.
    • You collect notes, ideas, distinctions and starting to write The Book to share with people what you are learning from the context of radical responsibility and / or the thoughtware, tools, processes and training of Possibility Management.
    • You make and upload a stream of videos, animations, computer games, apps to demonstrate Possibility Management for people.
    You collaboratively support the Team to deliver thoughtware upgrade from the context of radical responsibility:
    • through Expand The Box, Feelings Workshop, Rage Club and other manifestation of the Possibility Management gameworld.
    • and talks and workshops opening doors to allow more people to enter the Possibility Management gameworld, listing your event on possibilitymanagement.org and your own personal website.
    You make enough money through Possibility Management single coaching, talks, workshops and training that you can quit your commitment to be a slave of a corporation and you keep your work in alignment with your destiny. Keep sitting in the Possibility Chair about this until it is already happening.


    You Enter A Torus Technology Circle

    And exit any hierarchy.

    Create the collaborators that you want to have by your side.


    One powerful way to create hierarchy is to make and hold expectations on your colleague Trainers.



    It is possible that when you decide trust , you also create an expectation about who they should be to you.

    Creating expectations over them creates this fantasy world that the Trainer gameworld is wonderful and everyone is nice. The moment your mentor behave against your expectation - and be sure that your Gremlin will find evidences to support that story - you will create resentment. This will probably lead for you to give up on your trainer path because 'they are not worth it anyway!'.


    What should I do? you might ask. Here's a non-linear offer: trust yourself to be committed to your own initiation, development, unfolding, and growing up process. Trust yourself to take care of yourself around anybody - even your mentor. This requires that you are centered, grounded and bubbled and that you have your sword out at people's neck - including your own. The sword of clarity has two side. When the sword of clarity becomes sharper towards other people's behaviors, it automatically gets sharper towards your own neck too. Then you can trust the Universe to move you and give you feedback, including through your mentor.


    In which story do you want to live in? Someone story about you or your story about yourself? The best story to live in is your own (careful not your Box's or your Gremlin's) but the one that empowers you to be a more conscious, healthy, caring and loving human being. That story gets shaped by feedback, coaching, processes, distinctions and clarity from your mentors, and also your peers, participants and friends.

    You Make Transformational Proposals

    Complaining and criticizing is only and simply unconscious Gremlin food. The Trainer Path is an unconscious-Gremlin-free space. The Trainer Path is not a playground for your Gremlin. Therefore, it is not a space for complaining, criticizing and un-inspected emotional reactivity.


    If something in the Team is not working and you notice it, guess whose job it is to handle it? You! Your job is then to take more and more responsibility to deepen the context of the Trainer Path and produce real results from it.


    And ask questions.


    Be connected with your collaborators. When you have your bubble and they have theirs, you are both taking care of yourselves around each other. This is where the extraordinary relationship between collaborators can begin. At the point, you have your center, your voice, your feelings, your vision and you can make demands on your mentor.

    When your mentor shows integrity, ask them to tell you something about themselves in what ways they are trustworthy. Ask them how they learn that skills and if they could train you to have integrity.


    When your collaborator behaves in a untrustworthy way, ask question, use the vacuum learning:

    You teach best what you most need to learn.



    You will never be ready to be a trainer. The idea of being ready is used by your Box and Gremlin to delay the fact that you are ready to deliver transformative gorilla street theater that will change you and the people around you.
