A TRAINER TEAM
The Trainer Path is the team of Trainers apprenticing to become Expand The Box Trainer, and Trainers delivering Expand The Box Trainings, and Trainers delivering Possibility Labs.
In the Trainer Path, you are as much committed to your own Evolution and Transformation as you committed to the Evolution and Transformation of the people in your Circle and your colleagues on the Trainer Path. You support, love and create possibility each other to shift your Point of Origin from ordinary modern culture to your own unique extraordinary responsibly-contexted culture and becoming a space through which your Bright Principles and Archetypal Lineage can do their work in the world.
The Trainer Path helps each other succeed, not to success.
In the Trainer Path, healers heal healers. You heal each other by going through and holding space for every emotional healing process free of monetary cost.
Some Trainer's Archetypal Lineage is to be a Trainer-Trainer or a Trainer-Trainer Trainer. The Trainer-Trainer's job is to train Possibilitators to become Expand The Box Trainers, and Possibility Lab Trainers.
The Trainer Path creatively collaborates with Trainers and Gameworlds from other contexts to juice up Next Culture gameworlds with the powerful distinctions and initiations discovered in Possibility Management.
Becoming an Expand The Box Trainer requires that you shed, transform and Morph facets of your Box that are in the way for you to become an Expand The Box Trainer.
The Transformational Path of the Trainer Path prepares and open doors for you to:
Go through the necessary 64 shift-processes to become an Expand The Box Trainer and/or a Possibility Lab Trainer.
Keep improving the skills and technology needed to be an Expand The Box Trainer and/or a Possibility Lab Trainer.
An Educator teaches to others what to know from the Educator's position of already knowing. An Educator adds knowledge to already existing 'knowledge continents', and promotes Defensive Learning - learning something new only when it fits with what you already know.
An Educator is not a Trainer.
A Trainer stands in the nature of reality - nothingness and groundlessness - holds and navigates space for participants to discover what they didn't know they didn't know about. A Trainer lands whatever distinction is needed by your clients and participants. The Trainer as well as the participants navigate spaces of expansive learning - where the learning doesn't build on previous knowledge but comes out of a different knowledge continent. To create a different knowledge continent, the Trainer creates a space with a Point Of Origin anchored in a different context than the context of Modern Culture. In that sense, your training is also a transformational school. Good news that you are in one too!
There is many many schools for educators. Almost every schooling system in the world is a school to teach teachers. There are almost no schools for Trainers. You have found one.
Yes, it is true that from time to time your Trainer job in the moment might be to incite Education. In these moments there is the Clarity that in actuality, you cannot teach a person anything, but anyone can learn whatever they want. It is not about you.
AN EXPAND THE BOX TRAINER
In the PM gameworld we pay Attention to the name of things. This is what we have figured out.
A 'Possibility Manager' is someone who loves and uses Possibility Management personally and professionally.
A 'Possibility Coach' is someone who has been through at least 5 Possibility Labs, watched the 100 Possibility Coaching demonstration videos at Create Possibility, has made their Possibility Coach website, and is delivering professional paid online-or-offline Possibility Coaching sessions.
A 'Possibilitator' is someone who has made a true commitment to themselves to be on the Possibilitator Path including a commitment to participating in at least 10 Possibility Labs over several years, and 3 or more ETBs with different Trainers.
A 'Possibility Trainer' or 'Possibility Management Trainer' is someone:
Who has been a committed participant in Possibilitator Training
Who is now delivering paid Expand The Box trainings.
A PIRATE ON A PIRATE TEAM
"I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them. If I find them obnoxious, I break them. I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do." - Robert H. Heinlein.
A participant once said, in a Heal From School Lab that one of their biggest fear to abandon all rules (this would also include abandoning all constructs such as School, the Corporation, a Government, Hierarchies and the Economy, as any form of justifications for your behaviours) is that without any rules, Gremlin rules.
It is outrageous to make the suggestion that the entire population of the Trainer Path might be Pirates.
It is even scarier to make such promotion at the risk of empowering extremely well-defended and well-justified unconscious 'Trainer' Gremlin to 'do whatever the hell they want' under the banner of Being a Pirate. One of the traps of gaining Clarity is that a clever Gremlin can hijack its language to serves its own survival purposes, and along the way fool the owner of said Gremlin about what is really going on. (Avoiding any misunderstanding, I do not mean that Clarity can serve the 'dark side'. Clarity is a Bright Principle. Gremlins can, however, twist the language of Clarity.)
And at the same time, how can you be a Trainer and not be a Pirate?
In Possibility Management, Pirate is written with a capital 'P' to distinguish it from the ordinary small 'p' pirate who cheats, deceives, lies, and steal to serve the unconscious purposes of their Gremlin, Demon and Survival Strategy.
If a Trainer is not a Pirate, then you are hookable by any of the rules you Believe to be immovably true. From the identity of a Pirate, there is no such thing as an immovable rule. There is only Radically Responsible Choosing followed by consequences. Karma does exist. Action and inaction (and fake action...) have consequences in Reality.
How do Pirates who are not bound by morality, niceties, social constructs, assumptions, expectations, conclusions, judgments, projections, opinions, beliefs or even protocols even talk to each other? Even more, how do they Collaborate with each other?
A more appropriate question is: How can Trainers talk to each other, even more, collaborate with each other, if they are not Unhookable in the face of morality, niceties, social constructs, assumptions, expectations, conclusions, judgments, projections, opinions, beliefs or even protocols?
There is only one way to find the answers to these crucial Questions: Experiment!
Step after step the Trainer Path is explored through doing Experiments.
Why are evolutionary steps taken Experiments? Because you cannot know if your efforts will cause useful outcomes or not. Each thing you try is an Experiment!
The reason it is important to Stand in the view that being on Trainer Path involves an Identity Shift to being an Experimenter is because: Experiments are done by Experimenters.
Experimenters do Experiments. They cannot avoid it.
This explains a lot about your life, especially if you wish to explain about your life to someone else.
Almost any question someone can ask you about why you are doing what you are doing even it it does not give you more credibility in the Values of the Capitalist Patriarchal Empire can be excellently answered by enthusiastically saying the following four words, "I am an Experimenter!"
But then it should be true that you are actually an Experimenter!
Yes, by Necessity. One of the key secret ingredients for you being a Trainer is Creating Authentic Necessity for you being in action as a Trainer, Committing to that Necessity, then letting the rest of your life fall where it may.
How does the Universe know that you are an Expand The Box Trainer?
Or, a Possibility Lab Trainer?
CAN YOU BE ON THE TRAINER PATH TEAM?
Trainer Path is but one of dozens of Possibilitator Specialties emerging during the two to five years of Possibilitator Training. Trainer Path is NOT the space to decide if your destiny is to be a Trainer. Your Trainer knacks become clear through what you create while going through the 10 Doorwaysof the Possibilitator Path.
Ninety-five percent of participants in the Possibilitator Training are NOT destined to be Possibility Trainers. They have other destinies needed in Archiarchy.
Trainer Path is your Process of refining and strengthening the exact skills you need to serve as an Expand The Box Trainer, and then, possibly, as a Possibility Lab Trainer.
The only remaining question is: can you be on the Team?
The Trainer Path uses Torus Technology as its meeting and decision technology. This includes the use of the Amoeba Process, which relieves any one person in the Trainer gameworld to have to decide if "you are in or not". The Amoeba Process is an organic inclusion process that relies on the gameworld to 'eat' a new member when it has become obvious that this person is needed for the bien-être of the gameworld.
When is it obvious that you are on the Trainer Path Team? You are on the Team when the Legends of your actionsalign with the Purpose of the Trainer Path and when the Trainer Team ongoingly experiences your Creative and Collaborative Communications.
This means, you have completely and thoroughly been through the adolescent phase of making Assumptions, turning them into Expectations, so they could be broken and your Gremlin can feed on Resentment and take Revenge on the Possibility Management gameworld as a whole, on the Trainer Path gameworld, or any one Trainer or Possibilitaotr. The only purpose to make assumptions in the first place is to have 'a good reason' to hate whom you already hate in the first. The healing process from Revenge requires a public process (online or offline) with every Trainers that you have hated and taken revenge on, and completely and absolutely let your Box die by apologizing that you could even think about using the Trainer Path as food for your Gremlin. Until that process is completed, there is not a chance for you to get anywhere close to the Trainer Path. We are not interested in Child-Gremlin-Parent offers. The ball is in your court.
This also means that you have absolutely learn to keep your center from Possibility Management at all time. You categorically refuse to blame, resentment, be victimized by any of the distinctions or process of Possibility Management, or any of the feedback, coaching and possibility you receive from your Possibilitator Team. You have learned to take care of yourself 100% around anybody while staying Radically Relating with you Team.
In addition, if you find your Gremlin complaining and comparing your Path to other people's Path - by thinking, for example, 'how come I have to do that when that other person did not have to!', this would be a strong sign that you are still allowing your Gremlin to have considerations about your Trainer Path. If you think the Trainer Path is a fair gameworld, or respond to the concept of equality, you are in the wrong gameworld. If you want to do something about it, please go through as many Emotional Healing Processes it takes for you to enter and source the unreasonably Extraordinary context of the Trainer Path.
HOW TO QUALIFY FOR BEING ON THE TRAINER PATH
All Possibility Management Trainers - this means Possibilitator Training Trainer Path Specialists, ETB Apprentice Trainers, ETB Trainers, PLab Apprentice Trainers, and PLab Trainers - are on the Trainer Path, because a Trainer's Path never ends. There is 'no top end' on the Trainer Path. It does not work to think you are a Possibility Trainer and not be on the Trainer Path.
The Trainer Path does NOT include Inactive Trainers, or Trainers who are delivering predominantly mixed-context work. An 'Inactive ETB Trainer' is an ETB Trainer who has NOT delivered an online-or-offline ETB during the previous 12 months. An 'Inactive PLab Trainer' is a PLab Trainer who has NOT delivered an in-person PLab during the previous 12 months.
HINT: Check with your 3Cell, your Possibility Coach, your Possibilitator colleagues, and your Possibility Team multiple times about how you are doing with each of the following elements on this list of Practice Expand The Box qualifications BEFORE you trouble your Trainer Path Team with giving you feedback and coaching about these things.
NOTE: Many Emotional Healing Processes (EHP) may be required for you to become a person who can become a qualification which you have been avoiding.
RADICALLY RELATE WITH OTHER TRAINER PATHERS: You use Collaborative Communication to Radically Relate with the other Trainer Pathers. Giving feedback and coaching is NOT collaboratively communication. Giving feedback and coaching is keeping yourself away and unconcerned with the transformational journey of your Trainer colleague. Pressure Rapid Learning is a useful skill in a fast training environment to try as many different behaviours as you can, it is not a tool to radically relate with other Trainers.
COMPLETE THE POSSIBILITATOR TRAINING 10 DOORWAYS: You complete the 10 Doorways of Possibilitator Training.
MEMORIZE THE TRAINER PATH GAMEWORLD CODEX AND RULES OF ENGAGEMENT: You literally memorize the contents of the following 4 websites made specifically to support you on the Trainer Path:
PARTICIPATE ENTHUSIASTICALLY IN TRAINER PATH OPPORTUNITIES: You regularly participate in Trainer Path calls, Trainer Path Labs, Trainer Research Days, etc.
PARTICIPATE ENTHUSIASTICALLY IN AT LEAST 10 POSSIBILITY LABS: On the Trainer Path, you actively participate in a minimum of 10 Possibility Labs with different Trainers around the world over a period of 2-4 years. PLabs are where you integrate the distinctions and thoughtmaps of Possibility Management into practical use in your 5-Bodies for you daily life. Somewhere along the path (often after Possibility Lab #6 or #7) you will hopefully relocate your Point Of Origin into the context of Extraordinary (Radical Responsibility, Unhookability, Radical Relating, High Drama, etc.) and simply refuse to move it back. This might make you think that you have gotten all you can from PLabs. What we have found is that by doing Possibility Labs #8, #9, #10, you start gaining access to the Archetypal Domains. The processes you go through in Expand The Box Trainings and Possibility Labs are authentic adulthood initiatory processes. If you do not experience each adulthood initiation personally yourself, how useful would you be trying to Navigate these processes for someone else? The alchemist takes her own medicine before giving it to her client.
PARTICPATE ENTHUSIASTICALLY IN 10 ADDITIONAL EXPAND THE BOX TRAININGS: In Trainer Path, you participate in a minimum of 10 additional Expand The Box trainings, in various locations with various Trainers, at least 5 of these as an Apprentice Expand The Box Trainer at the side of an already certified Expand The Box Trainer. Each Expand The Box Training is unique in and of itself, AND it is also unique for you, because you are evolving. Expand The Box Training is full of Distinctions and Initiations. During your first Expand The Box Training you might 'get' 10-20% of the Distinctions offered. You will most probably totally forget some Thoughtmaps. In each Expand The Box Training, you dive deeper into the brilliance and potential of each of the 40 Thoughtmaps delivered in ETB. Participating in Expand The Box Trainings as an Apprentice Expand The Box Trainer includes that you have negotiated with the certified Expand The Box Trainer to have meetings during breaks where you ask authentic questions, ask for and receive possibility for you to be even more at risk, and take any opportunity to deepen your own Expand The Box context.
KEEP PARTICIPATING IN PLABS: You continue participating is further Possibility Labs and Specialty Labs even while you are delivering Expand The Box trainings.
EARN 2000 MATRIX POINTS IN STARTOVER.XYZ: You have registered over 2000 Matrix Points in the StartOver.xyz free-to-play massively-multiplayer online-and-offline matrix-building thoughtware-upgrade personal-transformation true-life adventure-game.
SERVE IN ALL 4 ARCHETYPAL LINEAGES: A Possibility Trainer is a Generalist, not a Specialist. Some people think that a 'Jack-Of-All-Trades is the Master of none.' This means they are afraid to realize that a Jack-Of-All-Trades is a Master of the Jack-Of-All-Trades Trade. Use Feedback and Coaching to find out which of the 4 Archetypal Lineages you are weakest in, and do whatever it takes to gain the necessary skills to ongoingly create valuable results in all 4 Archetypal Lineage categories: Guardian, Village Weaver, Evolutionary, and Gameworld Builder. Learning these skills will undoubtedly necessitate numerous EHPs and Go-Beep-Shift-Go sessions with real-time feedback and coaching from your Teams.
YOUR WEBSITE: You have already built your own Possibilitator Trainer Path website with your articles, your videos, your WorkTalks and Workshops, and the services you provide.
WRITE YOUR ARTICLES: You are already writing and publishing at least one 3-5 page Article each month relating to Possibility Management experiences, possibilities, distinctions, healings, discoveries, etc.
POSSIBILITY TEAM: You have already been Navigating both Nonlinear and UnreasonableSpace at your own weekly online-or-offline Possibility Team or Study Group for more than one year. Start with two or three people if you have to. There are many options in Possibility Team. For example, each week you can read one S.P.A.R.K. and do the S.P.A.R.K. experiments together. During the week, keep doing the experiment. The following week check-in about the results and insights your team has during the week. Then do the next SPARK. There are over 230 SPARKs in English, enough for more than 4 years.
EMOTIONAL HEALING INTENSIVE: At some point early on during your Trainer Path you arrange a Team of EHP Spaceholders (something around 6 EHP facilitators, and perhaps also reserve a place in an EHP Dojo) to rotate being 'on-duty' for you 24 hours a day for a minimum of two weeks so that you can do an Emotional Healing Intensive, which is Noticing and immediately use EVERY Emotion that arises as a Doorway for an Emotional Healing Process right then. No delay. No procrastination. It does not matter if your next emotion comes 5 minutes after completing your most recent EHP, you alert your Team and you go through your Process immediately. Trust the Process! Be SURE to make abundant notes in your Beep! Book to track all that comes up and all that happens, including date, time, Spaceholder(s), triggers, emotions that arise, Voices in your head, old decisions, new decisions, Energetic Blocks banished, Energetic Parts retrieved, and a clear formulation of your new or modified Practices. Writing it all down is exceptionally important. If you don't write it down, it did not happen.
GREMLIN TRANSFORMATION: You have Transformed your Gremlin with the guidance of a paid Gremlin Transformation Coach to be at your side as an agent of Radical Clarity and Nonlinear Possibility. This is a one-year Process. Your Gremlin sits at your side as an ally in daily life.
RAGE CLUB: After participating in your first Expand The Box Training, attend an Introduction to Rage Club. Then participate in an online-or-offline Rage Club (4-8 week Series) including the 3-3-3 Anger Practice . Then deliver 5 Rage Club Intro WorkTalks yourself. FEAR CLUB: After participating in your first RageClub, attend an Introduction to Fear Club. Then participate in an online-or-offline Fear Club (4-8 week Series) including the 3-3-3 Fear Practice. Then deliver 5 Fear Club Intro WorkTalks yourself. Then apply to participate in a Fear Club Spaceholder Training (6-8 weeks). Then start delivering your own online-or-offline Fear Clubs (4-8 weeks). ESCAPE THE 8 PRISONS: You have already escaped the 8 Prisons, in reality, not in your imagination. We will test you.
BECAME UNHOOKABLE: You are essentially Unhookable through using your 13 Tools in your daily life.

TECHNOPENURIAPHOBIA HEALING: You have escaped from Technopenuriaphobia because you can sleep outside in the forest or desert alone for three nights, you can start a fire by rubbing 2 stick together (and 5 other ways without matches or a lighter), you can identify and eat dandelions, you can drive a stick-shift manual-transmission vehicle and can change a flat tire, you can cook a feast for 13 people, you can juggle 3 things, you can sing a song, you can find the North Star or the Southern Cross, you carry the Death Prayer and can deliver it.
HEAL FROM SCHOOL: There are so many countless wounds and scars that you carry from modern culture schooling, so much wasted time, so much lost potential. It takes tremendous courage, but you can do it: Heal From School.
PIRATE JOKES: You can tell the 6 Pirate Jokes so they land in the Space.
SKILLED IN FIRST AID AND HANDLING EMERGENCIES: You carry a valid Red Cross First Aid Certification card that includes training in Artificial Resuscitation and the proper use of a Defibrillator.
TORUS MEETING TECHNOLOGY AND PROCESSES: Modern culture functions using hierarchical organizations. This is a terribly costly design error. Hierarchy guarantees hijacking from psychopaths, because the personality who can best do whatever it takes to gain a position of power is the psychopath. You refuse to participate in hierarchical spaces, and can replace any hierarchy with a toroidal meeting. You carry a Purple Card for use in Torus Technology meetings and you can liberate creative chaos using Torus Meeting processes. You are already implementing Torus Technology in the gameworlds you participate in, including Torus Technology Thoughtmaps, tools, and Processes.
ARCHIARCHY KIVA: You have joined the Archiarchy Kiva Team and have moved at least 100€ of your own money to circulate around the world in 25€ rotating microloans through the Archiarchy Kiva Team.
EXITED SELF-REFERENCING SPACEHOLDING: You have expanded your restricting sphincters to the degree that your Bright Principles and Archetypal Lineage are not limited to work through your worldview, your own experiences. Your Bright Principles and Archetypal Lineage come through inhibited.
DISTINCTIONARY.XYZ: You have read and studies the Distinctionary all the way through at least once.
SHIFTED IDENTITY TO TRAINER: You love, and are fed, nurtured, and endlessly inspired by Being A Trainer, especially outside of training spaces. This is not something you force on yourself. It is not work. It is home, finally. The world is yours to play in, to create valuable results. You look into your eyes in the mirror and you see standing there a Possibility Trainer.
JACKED INTO THE SOURCE OF THE THOUGHTMAPS: You have jacked-in to the Source of each of the 40 to 50 core Thoughtmaps of Expand The Box Training – and can deliver them without using 'cheat' cards or notes. You do not own the Thoughtmaps only from your mind, but rediscover each Thoughtmap anew each time you deliver it, from the Source of each Thoughtmap, so that each Thoughtmap lands fresh in the Training Space and in each Participant's 5 Bodies.
JACKED INTO THE SOURCE OF THE PROCESSES: You have jacked-into the Source of each of the Processes necessary for a Training Space to be called an Expand The Box Training. The Spaces that you Navigate and the Processes you deliver are clear and strong enough to qualify your people to participate in Possibility Labs.
CREATIVE COLLABORATION RATHER THAN RIGHT / WRONG OR GOOD / BAD: Your relating and collaborating ongoingly emerges from the Adulthood context of "Yes, and..." creative collaboration, Invention, and Improvising, rather than still being at your parent's home or back in school, desperately looking for the 'right answer' so you do not get punished again. Instead, you remain totally amazed, and you Improvise from the Free And Natural Adult Egostate.
CULTURE-TO-CULTURE CONVERSATION: You remain Centered in First Position and respect your own Culture at least as much as - and perhaps a little more than - you respect the Culture / Gameworld / Context of others.
THROUGH THE EYE OF THE NEEDLE: You can build a solid foundation in your Participants of Distinctions, Matrix, and Liquid States to be able to fully engage and integrate the results of the authentic adulthood and archetypal initiatory processes delivered in Possibility Labs. In other words, you bring ETB participants through the Eye Of The Needle into an ecstatic life of evolution, discovery, healing, and transformation.

The reason why all these skills, all these processes, all these precisions, all these books and films, all these websites, all these experiments, and all this Matrix-Building is so important is that exactly these resources are required to deliver Expand The Box Trainings. How do we know this? We learned it the long, slow, hard, painful way from decades of delivering Expand The Box trainings! Exactly these things are what prepare you to deal with what actually is going on in Expand The Box Trainings. You gaining these capacities is what makes it safe and possible for healing and transformation to occur in reality in Expand The Box.
Upon entering the Trainer Path, your problems get bigger.
The Trainer Path happens only if someone sources it. Who sources the Trainer Path? That would be you and every other Trainer. Each team member sources the Team at the level of responsibility and matrix from which they can source the Team.
When you enter the Trainer Path, most people can source the Team better than you can. So what? They have worked hard and build the matrix to do so by sourcing the Team when others could do it better than them. This is the organism of the Team, team members keep replacing themselves where they are competent. The result is no one is perfectly competent where they are. Everyone is learning to source what they don't know how to source yet. This is an evolutionary gameworld.
Every dimensions of the Trainer Path needs sourcing and more, the dimensions that do not exist yet are waiting to be discovered and brought into the lightspeed spaceship of the Trainer Path.

At a certain point on your Trainer Path, your perspective will shift from a personal one to a gameworld-wide one. This shift happens while you are on the Trainer Path. Your question(s) will shift from: how can I be a better Trainer? to What am I doing to make Possibility Management and Archiarchy happen right now?
From this perspective, being on the Team means you act not only for your own benefit, or gameworld but for the benefit of the Possibility Management Trainer Guild itself.
As a Trainer Pathwalkers, you become an active player in the Possibility Management gameworld by taking responsibility and sourcing more and more of the following:
You create legend-making actions on your own behalf in the name of the Possibility Management Trainer Path.
You build a team who love Possibility Management and collaborate with you to grow the context in their local area.
You leave post-cards and flyers leaving seed for your work in Possibility Management as well as Possibility Management books in bookstores, cafés, centers, schools, city halls, wherever you go.
You create outfits, dances, or theater pieces for the Trainer Path and you showcase them in talks, workshops, festivals, trainings, YouTube videos and on your website.
You regularly attend conferences, summit, festivals, fairs to deliver talks, workshops and presentation and synergistic connections in the name of Possibility Management.
You collect notes, ideas, distinctions and starting to write The Book to share with people what you are learning from the context of radical responsibility and / or the thoughtware, tools, processes and training of Possibility Management.
You make and upload a stream of videos, recordings, podcasts, animations, computer games, apps to demonstrate Possibility Management for people.
You collaboratively support the Team to deliver thoughtware upgrade from the context of radical responsibility:
through Expand The Box, Feelings Workshop, Rage Club, Fear Club, Sadness Club, Gremlin Transformation, Decontamination of the Adult Egostate, and other manifestation of the Possibility Management gameworld.
and talks and workshops opening doors to allow more people to enter the Possibility Management gameworld, listing your event on possibilitymanagement.org and your own personal website.
You make enough money through Possibility Management single coaching, talks, workshops and training that you can quit your commitment to be a slave of a corporation and you keep your work in alignment with your destiny. Keep going through Emotional Healing Processes about this until it is already happening.
EXIT HIERARCHY - ENTER CREATIVE COLLABORATION
The Trainer Path functions as a Circle using Torus Technology for its meetings and decision-making processes. Upon entering the Torus Technology run Trainer Path, you leave behind your Gremlin-feeding Hierarchicalthoughtwares and survival patterns for the benefit of holding space for the Bright Principle of Creative Collaboration.
If you insist on making Assumptions and holding Expectations on your fellow Possibilitators and Trainers, you are still playing Gremlin hierachical games, instead of invoking the Creative Collaborators that you (your Being) want by your side. This applies to both assumptions and expectations that regards to your colleagues having either a lower status or a higher status than you. Keep going through as many Emotional Healing Processes as possible until it is repulsive for you to place yourself in any forms of hierarchy, whether in the Trainer Path or anywhere in your life.
Even within the wonderful gameworld that is the Trainer Path, we do not all evolve at the same pace, or at the same time, or in the same domain - fortunately for us! This means that you might not understand when someone evolves in a certain way. This also means that the people in the Trainer Path might not understand when you evolve in a certain way. So, what do to?
Participating in at the Trainer Path requires for you to have throughly been through Phase 1 of Adulthood, and you are ready enough to enter Phase 2 of Adulthood. In Phase 1 of Adulthood, you learn to take care of yourself at 100%. This means, you can make boundaries, ask for what you want, create what you want, stay centered, grounded, and bubbled, and gain more and more Nonlinear and Invention skills. In short, you develop an elegant Inner Structure that is functional as a Trainer in the world. The result of such Inner Structure is that upon receiving boundaries, feedback, coaching, Vacuum Questions, new Possibilities, you do NOT collapse. A collapse is the sign that your 'stability' or 'okness' is dependent on outside perspectives instead of on an inner one. The possible Liquid State is overtaken by the stronger destabilization of your own experience through the eyes of others.
In Phase 1, you still swing between either being adaptive and being defensive. In your adaptive mode, your actions, reactions, experiments sprout only from self-imagined pressurized external forces. In your defensive mode, you seclude yourself from any external stimulus using the infamous rethoric of "finding [your] own way" which implies "without needing anyone's help". Clever Gremlin fooled even some 'Trainers' by dubbing this strategy "being a pirate". What is a Pirate (with a capital 'P') in a Pirate Team is expanded on under 'Clarifications'. If you find yourself needing to go away from dangerous people to find yourself again (leaving the Trainer Path, going traveling alone, abandoning your projects, ...), consider you may be starting over at the beginning of Phase 1 in that regard. If you find yourself in this case, you might want to check-in with your Teams about it.
While in Phase 1, you 'clean up' - through EHPs, Rage work, Fear work, re-wiring of old thoughtwares, practices - your extremist survival strategies to find yourself at the entrance of Phase 2 of Adulthood. There, you learn and stabilize yourself in Being someone who stays connected, listen, accept, refuse and make counter proposals while Being unwavered from the inner clarity of your Radically Responsible cultural Context. Think Neo in Matrix dancing around bullets. That is as good as an image of a Trainer you can get. The plus side is that not only you can dance around hooks, you can vanish the hooks by pulling the rug out from under them; you can require your Team members to abdandon all 'bullets' (hear hooks) if they wish to be in your Presence; you can seemlessly shift shape and try new behaviours for the purpose of empowering Creative Collaboration; etc... (see 'Skills').
From a solid and elegant Inner Structure's perspective, the best story to live in is your own (careful not your Fantasy story, nor your Box's or Gremlin's) but the story that empowers you to be a more conscious, healthy, caring and loving human being. That story gets shaped by your Archetypal Lineage, your Bright Principles, your Pearl, your Quest and through Feedback, Coaching, Processes, Distinctions, and Clarity from your peers and Teams as well as your participants and friends.
Another way to put it is that, with an elegant Inner Structure, you trust yourself to be committed to your own Initiation, development, unfolding, and growing up process. You trust yourself to take care of yourself around anybody. This requires that you have your Sword of Clarity out at people's neck - including your own. You can then rely on the Universe to move you and give you Clarity and Possibility including through your Team members. You can be a space through which your Archetypal Lineage provides Clarity and Possibility to any of your Team members.
MAKE TRANSFORMATIONAL PROPOSALS
Torus Technology thrives in Circles that are contexted in Radical Responsibility, that distinguish Gremlin (and the other Egostates), and in which participants are skilled in making Proposals and Transformational Proposals. Making Transformational Proposals is mostly an unheard of, untrained and unnatural skill. Almost no evolutionary or Edgeworking Circle knows about it. This means that it could be your job to introduce Transformational Proposals to the gameworlds you work with.
The ordinary Gremlin-filled alternative to a Proposal Culture is a Complaining Culture. The Trainer Path is an unconscious-Gremlin-free space. The Trainer Path is not a playground for your Gremlin. Therefore, it is not a space for complaining, criticizing and un-inspected Emotional Reactivity. The Purple Card is the Torus Technology tool to expose emotional reaction. Usually, the fact that the Purple Card is in place empowers you to take responsibility for noticing your own Reactivity and ask for your next Emotional Healing Process. EHPs transform about 90% of emotional Reactivity into Gold. Keep your Purple Card at the ready for the remaining 10%!
If you Notice that something in the Trainer Path is not working, guess whose job it is to handle it? Yours!
There is nobody else, no higher-ups, no 'adults' to take care of what it is obviously your job. Everybody else on the Trainer Path is already handling what they can see that needs to be handled. It is a gross disregard for your own Energy and Information to delegate your Jobs to others. Wake up! You are on the front lines now!
It does not mean that you go alone and change the design of the Trainer Path without informing anyone. That would be the lone-wolf strategy.
It goes like this:
You Notice that something could be improved, or changed, or created
First move after that is to consider asking questions about why the design is in such a way, you might learn that it was design that way on purpose
You either request a Team for you to think about what Transformational Proposal would bring forth a new design or you come up with the Proposals yourself
You bring the Proposal either to the whole Trainer Path or to the Infinity Ring of the Trainer Path to check for Resistance (another Torus technology) and its wisdom
You implement the Proposal
You keep reporting on the results and effects of your implementation
Most of the time, other Trainer Pathers are busy implementing their own Transformational Proposals in the Trainer Path or other of their gameworlds. Do not expect other Trainer Pathers to do the work for you. If you want the support of the Trainer Path, you better be ready to make such a juicy, attractive, extraordinary offer for a common effort. Yep, you have partnered with busy Edgeworking people!
Through Transformational Proposals, you take more and more Responsibility to deepen the Context of the Trainer Path and produce real Results.
What is it like being a Possibility Management Trainer?
There is no one way to become a Trainer because Possibility Trainers are not a replica of one another.
Each Trainer is uniquely shaped by their life experience, the initiatory processes they've gone through, their Archetypal Lineage, their Bright Principles, and their Pearl. Your Trainer Path will be equally specialized.
However, there exist specific spaces and procedures in which Transformational Trainer skills are learned and sharpened. Like rungs on a ladder, each step is necessary to reach the next Possibility.

PARTICIPATE IN POSSIBILITATOR-TRAININGS AND TRAINER-TRAININGS
Get into every Trainer Training that you can. Trainer Skills Days, Trainer Research Days, Trainer Path Labs, Trainer Skill Labs, ... Trainer Trainings are 2-day or 5-day intense skill-building training spaces. They are invested in creating a particular liquid state for spaceholder, which requires a number of Emotional Healing Process.
Trainer Trainings are often delivered post-Possibility Lab to surf the wave of the liquid states of the Lab and insert finer distinctions, skills and processes needed for trainers.
TAKE A STAND FOR WHAT YOU HAVE TAKEN A STAND FOR
You have already taken a stand to be a Trainer or you would not be reading this information.
You have not already taken as stand for the stand you have taken.
Now, take a stand for the stand that you have taken. Walk down the street, go to parties, meet people with the stand that you are taking: that you are offering them a life-boat out the misery of surviving in modern culture.
If you do not take that stand, they cannot get on the life-boat and you are leaving them behind playing in the obsolete gameworlds of modern culture.
As you go along your path as a Trainer, you will create content: events, offerings, videos, interviews, processes, articles,... Update regularly your website so it reflects to the best of its capacity where you are on your path right now.
Write at least one article each month and publish it on Academia or Medium about what you are researching at the moment. This is NOT a blog.
This is NOT a post at your Facebook page.
Write your article, 3-5 pages, with a start, a middle, and an end. It gives a distinction or two. It tells a story. It gives an example, and at the end it gets wrapped up satisfactorily, like a ribbon on a birthday present.

TRAINER FIELD NOTES
ENERGY MANAGEMENT (OTHER PEOPLE MANAGING ENERGY)
During an Expand The Box Training or a Possibility Lab, a Trainer is aware of what everybody in the room is doing with their energy. In particular, when during intense feeling processes, you may discover that some participants try to incorporate energy management they learned from other contexts, such as Rieke, Silva Mind control, etc...
In particular, there are three things that they may be trying - conscious but mostly unconsciously -:
Ground out the energy, get it out of the room.That is usually motivated by fear on their part and in attempt to protect themselves from being exposed to the energy. So they are trying to dispose of it.
Callforth some angel or some protector or othe entity into the space in order to handle the situation or to protect it. They would be doing that under the disguise of blessing the person who the work is happening on.
Handle the problem for someone else going through a process. Not letting the person handle it themselves but this other person may be trying to handle it for them. They might be doing this under the guise of blessing that person or healing them. They are putting their own energy into that person's space. They are invading their space which interferes with the person's process, preventing them from doing the work themselves.
In the context of Possibility Management, each person on the Path do their own work; even the Trainer never does the work for their clients. In prison terminology, this is stated as, “You must do your own time.”
As a Trainer, it is your job to pick up on these energy abnormalities or aberrations by maintaining awareness of energy throughout the Training. You sense in your bodies: where the energy is going, how much, what kind, and where it is coming from. You might notice that hands are in a certain position or doing motions, someone's attention being elsewhere or someone mumbling prayers to themselves. Immediately get their attention and ask them to 'Please stop' doing what they are doing and indicate to them if they have questions about your request, you can speak with them later about it.
It is best not to bring this subject up at large. During the private conversation, ask the person to tell you what are they think they were doing. Either they will indicate to you that they know what they are doing and can describe it to you or they did not know what it is they are doing or they may not want to tell you. In any case, please let them know that people have to do their own work and in this context, you simply do not enter another person’s space energetically. It is rescuing.
SHUT DOWN PARTICIPANTS (WHAT TO DO?)
There are many ways to work with shut down participants. Some of the ways proposed here are radical, and the invitation is to use them sparsely when the need for a radical move is clear.
Recently we noticed that many people who join an Expand The Box Training have participated in Possibility Management work beforehand, usually a Rage Club, a Feelings Workshop, or a Fear Club. This means they already have had some practice in lowering their Numbness Bar and having access to their heart through experiencing and expressing Feelings and Emotions.
When radically shut down, a participant shows up as profoundly separated, unable to connect or be authentic. The main idea to keep in mind is never to push anyone to feel anything. They will feel when they are ready to feel. Creating pressure to feel usually strenghten the Box from the inside.
They are many reasons for such a profound shut down. It is useful to get an idea about what is the specific survival strategy that is causing the shut down:
Starting, with carrying Old Thoughtmaps about Feelings and Emotions
It can very simply be one or more Energetic Block(s).
It can be Old Decisions (possibly combined with Energetic Block(s)) about not being allowed or not wanting to feel ever again.
It can be a significant Contamination of their Adult Egostate with their Child, Gremlin or Parent Egostate. One of the indicators is the client's inability to feel the pain of the consequences they are creating in their Life. Their Being is so far hidden inside of them that you - as a Trainer - can barely have access to it.
It can be a Grieving Process that has not taken place and that is blocking the flow of the Emotional Body
It can be Mixed Emotions, including Mixed Emotions in the physical body.
It can be that they were never born (Birth Process)
It can be that they are a carrier for a Demon
It can be expressing 'fake Emotions', copying what they have seen others do
It can be a violent Abuse, either physical, or sexual (both of which involve also energetic and emotional abuse)
You might find yourself in a chicken and egg problem, because to take someone through the healing processes that they would need to unlock their emotional body, they need to be able to feel.
This is why for most of them, it starts by being in a space where other people express high intensity authentic Feelings and Emotions can create the crack in their Box and in their heart sufficient for their dam to break or at least, for some part of their wall to fall apart.
When sitting across from someone who is profoundly shut down, create a Vacuum instead of a Pressure. They are shut down probably because of the high intensity and high amount of pressure they have had to protect themselves from. As you create a large Vacuum, their survival strategy will have no place to work. Do not let yourself be hooked by their Gremlin, even for one moment at the risk of losing the safe space that you have created for them, instead gently redirect the focus on 'what is really going on for them?', and 'how is it to be them?', you are authentically curious, you really want to know.
Being a vacuum does not necessarily mean being silent, however it might. Being a Vacuum means to not give direct Feedback to or through the Box. Being a Vacuum means making space in the space of relating between you and your client in which your client falls into from their own willingness. It also includes painting territories and opening doors that the client might have never heard of before. You provide Clarity and Distinctions for their experience so that they can better inner navigate their own lives.
The Feeling Cycle is one of the processees that uses low intensity feelings while providing huge amount of Clarity for the client about one their competence in feeling, even at 3-5-8% intensity, and the useful information that their feelings have for them. It is a gentle and at the same time, very powerful reality check for shut down participants.
Nothing big needs to happen at first. There are no miracle cures for having been born and raised in a culture that is dedicated to crush the heart and soul of its citizens. Each territory reclaim is a victory to be celebrated. So celebrate them, celebrate with them.
When entering an Expand The Box Training, or a Possibility Lab, your job is to create something that does not yet exist. Nobody in an Expand The Box Training is holding space for Expand The Box Training but you.
Every single one of your participants comes into Expand The Box from an Ordinary space, and their Box and Gremlin will mechanically do anything and everything to keep it like that. You are sitting across from 20-30-40-50 Boxes and Gremlins who will fight you tooth and nail to defend their status quo. What the hell are you doing here?!
You are holding space for an Expand The Box Training because you have become someone who can Cavitate new culture space, in which you Declare an Extraordinary space of Healing, Transformation, Discovery, Research, Teambuilding and Love, enter the empty space and Hold space for it, while simultaneously keeping a Heart-to-Heart connection with every one of your participants as an open invitation into the space of Expand The Box Training and holding your Sword of Clarity at the throat of their Box and Gremlin without breaking into a sweat. These are 101 skills for an Expand The Box Trainer.
On top of that, you are landing Distinctions, painting Possibilities, opening sideways Doors, drawing Maps, ongoing scanning the 5-body of your participants, splitting your attention between what is needed right now and where to roll the energy next, keeping Integrity with Time, and the Matrix of your participants, and, from time to time, cracking jokes (never, however, at the expense of anyone inside or outside the space).
If you attempt to source all of this from your own energy, you will end up completely wiped out. You would probably get sick, have headaches, muscle aches or get tense. If that is happening for you, you are not leveraging yourself and the Training by empowering the others in the space so that you can be also nourished along with everybody else. From personal experience, for many years, I lived in the story that I (Anne-Chloé), as a Trainer, needed to 'work hard' and show for it only to prove that the Training was successful. I would exit Expand The Box Training with intense sciaticas (inflammation of the sciatic nerve). I do not recommend it.
In addition, it is tremendously value for your participants to witness the ecstasy of a Flying Human Being.
Here are some pointers for how to leverage your energy.
1. You do not delivering Expand The Box Trainings.
If you - meaning as whatever you think 'you' are - hold space, it is your mind that is delivering the Training. You are following a plan, the 'rules', your fantasy world about how it is supposed to go or look like, you are copying what you think is the 'right way'. You are rigidly defending 'your' self from all side, and probably end up snapping back at participants who are behaving ways that are outside of the curriculum, like a teacher.
Trying to keep 'your' 'self' up and deliver Expand The Box Training is like wanting to eat an egg while denying the imperative to break the shell. The opposing forces at war inside of yourself will immediately collapse the Training space into an Ordinary war zone between you and your participants.
What is more is that you are using your own personal energy, mostly your physical and intellectual body energy. Your Being comes out exhausted. Your Box and Gremlin might come out frustated but righteous.
The shift is: how fast can you get out of the way for your Bright Principles and Archetypal Lineage to move in and take over sourcing the Training? What is in the way of that? What experiments are you doing for that process to take place as instantaneously as possible?
Expand The Box starts in an Extraordinary context. It does not start in Ordinary.
With these two distinctions, you already leveraging yourself out of having to change your participants' behaviours. You are holding a space in which their survival strategies do not work, and in which their incompetence to function in an Extraordinary space sticks out like a sore thumb. With each Map and Exercise, you are answering the question they cannot ask (yet!): what do I need to thrive in an Extraordinary space?
Keeping it real, in an five day Expand The Box Training, the first day and half are tough. As the Trainer, you are alone. You carry the space, and push through your participants' resistance to surrender to their Liquid States. It usually is so until the first opportunity for expressing higher intensity feelings such as Emotional Healing Processes, Unmixing Emotions or Standing Rage. When the walls are down, you might experience the space to be 'easier', it flies, it moves. What is happening is that the participants are taking more and more responsibility for their Liquid State. They are no longer fighting them, and might even start to enjoy them. Their resistance to leaving the flat ordinary map of the world is diminishing.
What happens simultaneously is the internalised interpersonal hierarchiers between the participants (who is low status? who is high status?) are leveled. How can you compare your self to other self when 'you' and 'they' are no longer there? Finally, the participants start authentically connecting, and providing their Nonmaterial Value to each other.
Due to the pretty much set-designed schedule of an Expand The Box Training, this is often as far as you can leverage yourself and as far as the participants can go to empower the space.
An Expand The Box Training is a labyrinth, your main job remains to keep the group moving so that you are out of the maze on Sunday night.
3. Leveraging yourself through the nights.
The nights are an integral part of an Expand The Box Training or a Possibility Lab. The nights are the longest integration periods during a 4-to-5-day Training. Both Expand The Box and Labs are extremely intense Trainings, they are intense in all three worlds: Middle world, Upperworld and Underworld, in all five bodies, for the Box, the Gremlin and the Being. When participants go to bed, you have imparted them with an immense amount of energy that they will carry it into their sleep, their dreams, their subconscious and their bodies throughout the entire evening, night time and morning. The intensity is working them over. By morning, you have leveraged yourself with everybody all night long. Who your people were before going to bed is not who they are in the morning. There is incredible expansion of what is possible for everybody.
Your job as a Trainer is to hold no expectation that who you said 'Good night' to is the same person who walks in the Training space the next morning.
A Possibility Lab is a entirely different Universe also in regards to energy management, and leveraging yourself. There is no labyrinth in a Possibility Lab, it is a giant open space of Possibility and High Level Fun. (I would add to the exception of specialty Labs, such as Heal From School, for which there is a form of a design).
In a Possibility Lab, probably the main possibility to leverage yourself is to invoke, call forth and skill up each of your participant as Possibility Managers. The main proposal is a radical Shift of Identity from their Survival Strategy to Possibility Managers. By keeping that door open during the entire Training (and why not even after the end of the Training?), you empower each individual to jack-into their Infinite inner and outer Resources that they know nothing about. By empowering every single individual within the Training, you are leveraging yourself. You, now, can, not only rely on your Bright Principles, and Archetypal Lineage and the space of the Possibility Lab, but you start relying on each of your participant to be a space through which their resources do their work in the space.
You are walking a tight rope. Any participant who join you in sourcing the space can feel the tightness of the rope you and they are walking together. Too much control, and the Forces in the space freeze for lack of freedom of movement to create what is wanted and needed. Too much lightness, and the bigger Gremlin will jump at the first opportunity to take down the space (into a complaining, witch hunting, competing, creating intrigue, etc...).
In a Possibility Lab, it is unreasonable to think (even worse to expect!) that your participants can be radically responsible for their Gremlin. You are the main spaceholder, it is your job to keep the space safe of unconscious Gremlin and dangerous enough for transformation.
If you can walk to tight rope, there is a good chance that you can take your participants into a functionning space where you become a Navigator of Navigators.
BEING A NAVIGATOR
As the Navigator of Navigators, you hang back. Participants start to source the Extraordinary, possibly the Archetypal, space themselves. They ask for Emotional Healing Processes, they Quest-ions each other, they request what they want and need and build the space for it to happen (in or outside of the 'official' sessions), they design their own experiements, and ask for Possibility to each other, figuring things out.
You hang at the perimeter of the space, coming in as needed to keep the Training on track.
You are no longer the only Source for the Training, each participant is empowered to become to Source of the Training.
This is one of the biggest shift that a Trainer looks for: the participants' shift from being a consumer of an Extraordinary space to being the Source of an Extraordinary space. Each of your participants takes home the sensation in their Being of their ability to be at cause of the kind of Clarity, Wisdom, Instinct, Passion, Wise Innocence and Love they are capable of as an Adult Woman or Man. It becomes a reference point for Something Completely Different From This (i.e. Ordinary) Is Possible Right Now.
It is at best useless, at worst harmful to bring up this conversation. At best, the idea that they might be able to source parts of the space will only go in their mind from which place they can do nothing. At worst, you will have activated the hyper adaptiveness of your participants who then behave in ways that could be comparable to a shift of identity of Possibility Manager, but it is fake. If you think this is Extraordinary, you are fooling yourself. It is manipulation on your part.
When the shift of identity happens, your participants can feel it. Being the Source of an Extraordinary space is no longer a concept, they now have a physical reference point: hours of experience during which time they showed up in a way that they never knew they were capable of before.
At this point, your main task is to step back, let go of any neurotic need to micromanage your participants transformational process, the quality of their Possibility, or the outcome of an Initiation. The experience of sourcing an Extraordinary trumps the elegance in which an Emotional Healing Process is held.
This might very well be the start of their Possibilitator path. Archiarchy thrives when people takes their place in Archiarchy. In other words, when your participants deliver their Nonmaterial Value to their Circle, Archiarchy comes alive.
In terms of energy management, the space is flying. The tolerance to transformational intensity increased exponentially. The participants start to radically rely on Forces bigger than themselves and bigger than you as the Trainer. You leave the center of attention. Participants are less inclined to give you their center or to please you. You fade into the background of Forces of Nature. This gives space for tremendously rich, nourishing spaces of deep healing, connectedness that are delicate and rare experiences in the domain of being human.
By the end of the Training evening, you are receiving so much from the richness of the spaces that the opposite of exhaustion occurs. It is fulfilling, ecstatic, almost blissful. Energetically, you are still the source person for the overall Training but you are no longer using your own energy. You are being tremendously fed and nourished by what goes on.
HOLDING SPACE FOR AN ATHANOR
An Athanor is a furnace used to provide a constant heat for alchemical digestion. The furnace must be solid and capable of tolerating high heat energy without weakening or cracking or crumbling, without letting anything in.
Holding space for an Athanor at an energetic level is made by declaring at least 3 golden cubes of work space: around the Training space itself, around the entire building in which the Training takes place, and around the physical limits of the property. In addition, you might want to declare an addition stainless steel protection (in a form of a donut), especially around the training space and the physical building. The stainless steel protection is declared with your intention and your clicker. People often keep energetic entities hanging around them for a reason or another. These entities are waiting around to feed on juicy space such as Expand The Box or Lab. The stainless steel protection keep these things away and out of the space.
The golden cubes and protection layer are no replacement for you evoking the qualities necessary for the furnace to safely burn without being attacked from outside (or inside).
Clinton writes: "There was one Training that had been incredibly rich and powerful. On Sunday evening, right at the end of the closing circle, I am celebrating that we have accomplished all the closing processes and the training is coming to an end. Everything is done and complete. I say 'Good night'. At that point, I put my sword back into its sheathe (a thing that I have learned never to do again! Why ever put your sword back into your sheathe? There is not one good reason to do so!). So, as I am backing down from holding the space in a certain way, a huge energetic entity comes out of one of the participants. It starts feeding on the space, pulling the New Age BS of 'Blessing the planet. Let’s heal everybody.' It took me 15 or 20 seconds before I pulled my sword out again and stopped it. As the Trainer, you are energetically sourcing and holding the space for the Training from the moment you make the invitation to the Training public until the last person leaves the room and you have closed the door and you vanish all the energy from the Training with a black hole. Remember that."
A Trainer is able to Juice Up.
Regardless of what is going on in your personal life - whether you have a fever, a headache, a pain in his back, a problem with your wife or children, a problem with your boss, a problem with your coworkers. Whatever is going on, you are responsible for cavitating, holding, and navigating the Extraordinary and Archetypal space of the Training.
You make the shift between being a victim of your personal circumstances to be a Trainer by getting off whatever you think your problem is, by dropping your position, completely and absolutely. You do not keep even 1% of backdoor into your "problems".
You might discover that when you make that shift, it is a permanent shift. Whatever situation was going on before the shift occurs disappears because of the shift. The situation that was going on previous to this shift was no more or less authentic than what was going on after the shift. It is just different. One situation empowers you as a Trainer and one situation disempowers you.
It is your responsibility to empower yourself by making this shift, whenever or where ever it is needed.
However, this does not mean that you does not engage personal problems (outside of the Training) or never request an Emotional Healing Process during the Training. You do. You make use of the space of Transformation for your own Transformation. However, your "problems" can not be brought forth as an excuse for the quality of the space.
The process of Juicing Up is very simple: you energetically pull out your Sword of Clarity. When you have your sword in hand, you are ready. You shift from being not ready to being ready. That is called Juicing Up. In Martial Arts, it is a standard technique of centering. You locate who you are or where you are coming from in you, rather than having your attention distracted or attracted by anything outside of you.
It is the opposite of being adaptive. It is adapting to nothing and withholding nothing. You are Present in a small HERE, small NOW, small YOU, small THEM.
A Trainer needs to be able to do so instantaneously.
You might consider the Possibility that you could be Juiced Up all the time. You are either sleeping or juiced up, sleeping or alive, sleeping or centered, sleeping or being present and at attention.
This doesn't mean that you are numb. You are hypersensitive.
This doesn't mean that you are invulnerable. You are total transparent and vulnerable.
Without the ability to juice up, and hang out in that state and function in that state, you cannot be a Trainer.
Without the ability to sense if another person is Juiced up, a Trainer cannot train other Trainers.

DISTINGUISH BETWEEN TYPE 1 AND TYPE 2 GREMLIN:you are clear on the distinction between Gremlin Type 1 and Gremlin Type 2; you notice who of your participants has which Gremlin type in your space; you provide different practices and open different doors for the transformation of Gremlin Type 1 and Gremlin Type 2 into an initiated Gremlin.
DECONTAMINATION OF THE ADULT EGOSTATE: you have clarity on the signs of an Adult Egostate contaminated with Gremlin, Child, Parent or Demon Egostate; you can give a very clear description of the symptoms to your participants as well as the reasons for contamination; you can land clear instructions for the 1-to-2-year Decontamination Process in the company of a Decontamination coach.
TRIGGER SENTENCES: you notice the signs of someone's energy being sucked dried by Trigger Sentence; you can distill the sentences with them; you can provide the clear instructions for a shift of identity between being hunted and Being a Hunter; you know which SPARK outlines the process for Closing the Café (SPARK 135).
MIXED EMOTIONS: you know at least 7 different ways to Unmix Emotions; you can distinguish between Emotions that are Mixed in the Heart and/or Mixed in the Physical Body, you can distinguish between Mixed Emotions or Emotions layered on top of each other; you can navigate to the cause of the Mixing Emotions and provide Possibility for your participant to have access to their Pure Clean Feelings; you can hold space for radically clean and unequivocable Unmixing Emotion Process; you are clear on the Resonant Tissue in which to flow each Feeling. FEELING CYCLE: you have experienced the Feeling Cycle (bright side) and your Emotional Cycle (shadow side); you can deliver the Feeling Cycle; you can use the Feelings Cycle for Unmixing Emotions, bringing people into Presence, and demonstrating their natural competence in their ability to feel.
GUILT & OTHER CONCEPTS: you are clear that the concept of Guilt is a modern-culture-man-made concept for citizen to give their authority and agency away; you can give clear instructions and land distinctions for your client to create a gap between them and their Guilt. This also applies to other concept such as Family, Friendship, Relationship, or Marriage which creates a litany of Mixed Emotions that people use to control and manipulate themselves and others. UNHOOKABILITY FROM ADAPTIVE SURVIVAL STRATEGIES: you are unhookable in the face of adaptive survival strategies; you unquestionnably refuse to take anyone center; you especially builds a sensitivity to the adaptiveness to being a 'good Possibility Manager' or 'good Possibilitator'.
NONLINEAR ALTERNATIVE STORYWORLDS: you can propose ten nonlinear storyworlds alternative to your client's storyworld.
SPEAK CLEAR DISTINCTIONS INTO AN EXPERIENCE: you can clearly speak of the inner experience of a participant using Archiarchal Distinctions so that your participant gain a whole new level of clarity and navigational possibility for their life.
SPEAK FROM THE UNKNOWN: you can speak about things that have never been spoken before; you can speak about thing that you do not know about with authority and clarity (this implies that you have Healed From School to a certain degree)
NAVIGATE TO PAIN, NOT TO SUFFERING: you can navigate your participant to their biggest pain, without any stories attached. A religious context navigates to suffering, so participants 'pay' for their sin to access heaven. A Possibility context uses storyless pain (Feelings and Emotions) as cathexis energy for Transformation.
INCLUDE DENYING FORCES: you can detect denying forces in the participants, and include them as part of the Training, so that the denying forces do not need to come from the outside.
HOW FAR TO TAKE PEOPLE: an Expand The Box Training goes all the way to "There are only two things in life: Bullshit and Nothing". You ongoingly check to take people right to their edges but never too far that the Training is unsustainable for their 5-bodies. You walk the razor's edge.
DELIVER THOUGHTMAPS FROM THE SOURCE: you can jack into the source of any of the Expand The Box thoughtmaps, you rediscover each map anew as you deliver them.
Possibility Lab Trainer Skills
DETECT INNER STRUCTURE: you can detect the quality and elegance of your participant's inner structure: its absence, its weaknesses, how twisted it is, etc... and can provide clear distinctions, processes, and practices to build a more elegance and effective inner structure.
FANTASY WORLDS: you can notice when someone's Emotions or Reactivity is triggered by one of their Fantasy Worlds; you can define what a fantasy world is; you are clear on what holds fantasy worlds together and what is needed to dismantling fantasy worlds (with the permission of your client, of course).
RELIGIONSHIP: you can take someone of the journey of their relationship construct, otherwise known as Religionship; you can notice the assumptions, expectations and resentment, the Child Egostate fantasy worlds and contaminations, as well as the memetic constructs that shape their religionship.
MEMETIC CONSTRUCTS: you can sense in your 5-body Memetic Constructs; you have developed Memetic Engineering skills: the technology for the detection, creation, transformation, and application of memes.
ARCHIARCHAL INITIATIONS: you can invent and navigate authentic Adulthood and Archetypal Initiatory Processes, also from the bigger picture.

BEING AN EVOLUTIONARY: you have developed an extreme sensitivity to Emotional Reactivity and are intolerant in letting any Emotional Reactivity slide without raising The Purple Card; being an Global Gameworld Evolutionary also means that you are an explorer of unknown territories that would serve the Trainer Path, you can take the whole Trainer Path with you there, in the Unknown.

HAVING REPLACED YOURSELF IN YOUR LAST THREE JOBS/ROLES: replacing yourself is a cornerstone of an Evolutionary Archan Gameworld. Prove that you can play at that level.
HAVING OPEN A WHOLE NEW REGION OR COUNTRY TO POSSIBILITY MANAGEMENT: you are clear on the steps needed to open a new country to Possibility Management: you have the clarity about what it takes to create an Expand The Box Training, or Possibility Lab, you can have reality-grounded conversations about 'selling' Transformational Trainings.
WALK THE TIGHT ROPE: you can walk the tight rope of guarding the context of the Trainer Path gameworld while having the flexibility for 'imperfect' (meaning everyone) Trainer to take a leap and deliver Expand The Box or Possibility; you can distinguish between a harmful rescuing of someone who is not yet a Trainer and radically relying on E.C.C.O. for the next generations of Expand The Box Trainers.
A Trainer is someone who can create real results for someone else.

MAKE YOUR LIFE OF LEARNING IN ARCHIARCHY PUBLICLY VISIBLE
It has been heard from some Apprentice Trainers that it is easier to be a Trainer then to become one. Therein lie the assumption that you can be a Trainer who stops becoming one. If you ever meet a Trainer who is no longer becoming a Trainer, it is simple, they are no longer an Active Trainer, they are an 'Inactive' retired Trainer.
Being a Trainer is being on the front line of the emergence of Archiarchy. Archiarchy is already here, and by definition as Archiarchy is an Evolutionary Culture it will keep emerging. Being a Trainer is making the edge of Archiarchy your home. A place where you come alive, and bring other people to be alive with you there.
Living on the front line is being in Love with discovering what you do not yet know, and what you do not know that you do not know about, AND being there with the people from Your Circle. An integral part of the Life of Learning for a Trainer is to ongoingly document and share by any means necessary your learnings at the edge of Archiarchy. You are no longer experimenting for just yourself.
The experiment to enter your Trainer's Life of Learning is, for the next two weeks, to live in a Metaconversation. The Metaconversation is about how you are emerging Archiarchy right now; how you are living Archiarchy right now; and how you are protecting yourself from making the edge of Archiarchy your home.
* You have stop wearing any clothing that carry a visible brand name, therefore refusing to being a walking advertisement for suicidale psychopathic-run corporations.
* You can fix most mechanically broke objects around you: you can sew back a ripped piece of clothing and replace button on a shirt, you can glue back (Possibilitator) books together (and send them to the next person in a package without plastic), you can change the oil in an car and replace a flat tyre, ...
* You store your grains, beans, dry seeds, dry fruits, herbs and teas in reclycled glass jar containers from the supermarket, because you know the real value behind a blown glass artefact.
* You replace, complete and fix what is old, missing, and broken in the house that you visit and rent, because in that moment, it is your house and you are the Guardian of it. For example, you throw out any Teflon pots and pans and replace them with stainless steel or enamel ware.
* You are in the Service of the people in Service to you (waiters, taxi drivers, train drivers, rubbish collectors, road fixers, market vendors, bakers etc...), without their sacrifice their life to be in service to you, you could not do what you need to do. You Radically Relate to them as Human Being and not slave of the Patriarchy.
* You carry physical doorways to Archiarchy: postcards, books, flyers, you give them away as fast as you can to the people who bump into you.
* You carry your own stainless steel (or anything else than plastic) cups, straw, and your self-made chopsticks. You ask for your coffee to go in your own cup, you eat spaghetti with your own chopsticks, you firmly refuse ANY straw (plastic but even paper and compostable ones) in the moment you order your drink (and not after, after is too late).
* You shop in local street markets and package-free shops with your own clothe bags and glass jars. You refuse ANY plastic bags, and complain abundantly to supermarkets and at markets about the insane amount of plastic packaging. If you are in a foreign country in which you do not speak the language, a firm and repeatedly 'No plastic!' is understood by almost everyone. If not, simply give back the plastic bag.
* Everytime you go to the local market, you buy a fruit or a vegetable that you have never tried before, and eat it. OR, look fo an eatable that you do not like but you know your neighbor relishes in, buy it for them and deliver it to their doorstep.
* You grow 2 or 3 different kinds of vegetable in your garden instead of keeping a lawn. It does not need to be a big garden, simply that you have regain your agency in providing physical food for yourself. This extends to having a ongoing flow of sprouts available in your kitchen, that you include in your regular diet.
* You demonstrate publicly, even if only to your neighbors, Archiarchal behaviours centered on providing Nonmaterial Value to your community. For example, you deliver Emotional Healing Processes in your home or, once a week, sit outside of your house and offer The Menu to your people, or, open your home for the children in the neighborhoods to come and help you with your garden or building their own wooden fort.
* You take out plastic pacifiers outside of children's mouth. You refuse to raise the next generation of zombies.
The list goes on.
This experiment includes making your own list of how you are visibly emerging and living Archiarchy.
Make your list public: write your list (beautifully) on a wooden or card board, place the board in front of your house with an open invitation to come talk to you about these things.

VIDEOLOG YOUR TRAINER'S LIFE OF PRACTICE
Nobody can practice for you. However, nobody can stop you from practicing. Remember that, even your mother, even people who do not understand you, even people who hate you or love you. Nobody can stop you from practicing.
Evolution is reflexive. The more matrix you build, the more awareness you can catch, the more Clarity you have, the more Responsibility you can take, the more Possibility you can create. How do you build matrix? One of the most effective ways to build matrix is practicing.
There is a difference between practicing and creating for yourself a Life of Practice as a Trainer. Engaging in a Life of Practice is a shift of Identity. It means, you choose to practice. You do not practice because it is written on this website, or so that you can be a 'good student' on the Trainer Path, or because someone opened a door for you for such practice. You practice because practicing is what you are. You are a researcher who is eager to find the results of their own self-chosen experiments.
The experiment is, for 2 full weeks, cavitate and hold an extra Archiarchal Bubble of Culture space which purpose is to live a Life Of Practice. In each space that you move into, day after day, you keep 5% of your attention on your Life of Practice. Practicing is engaging in any behaviour that is orthogonal to the Ordinary space. Practicing does not have to be loud, however, it might be. Practicing does not have to be visible, however, it might be.
During the 2 weeks, keep a video journal or a podcast, for example called 'My Life of Practice' or 'Becoming A Possibility Trainer'. Each day, this means you at least shoot 14 videos, make a 3-to-5 minute video about your Life of Practice and your discovery.

STUDY 'BEING A TRAINER' WITH OTHER TRAINERS FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF BEING A TRAINER
You will quickly find yourself in a conundrum because you might want to commit to the Trainer Path or you might even declare that you are committed to the Trainer Path, but neither wanting or declaring has anything to do with committing. Commitment cannot be willed. It does not matter how big a tantrum you can throw, how sweet you can be, how clever you think you are, or how effective you were told you were, commitment does not happen by force.
Commitment is the transformation of the shape of your Being to the degree that you become the thing that is committed. When you are committed, the Universe can finally commit to your commitment. What you are committed to happens, and the rest of life falls aside.
For example, if you are committed to making enough money to survive, isn't obvious that everything else falls aside so that you can make enough money to survive? Nourrishing connection, a well-fed soul, 5-body intimacy adventures, writing The book, etc...
So, how do you become something that is Committed to the Trainer Path?
One of the first steps is to commit to become the thing that will be committed to the Trainer Path. This preliminary committment (your commitment to become someone who is committed to the Trainer Path) opens doors for practical experiments.
The experiment is to deepen your understanding in five bodies of what is a Trainer. Indeed, how can you commit to something if you do not know what you are committing to?
Read entirely the website 'Being A Trainer', ideally with a Team of Trainers/Apprentice Trainers or at least of Possibilitators who have an inclination to study what is being a Trainer. Read it slowly, out loud. Stop any time anyone has a question, a comment, a Feeling, an Emotion reaction or is making an Assumption, or does not understand what is means.
Along the way, keep your Beep! Book close, write down your discoveries, your questions, as well as all the justifications, reasons, constructs, voices, emotional reactivity that are blocking you from committing, to the Trainer Path, yes, but in reality, committing at all.
This experiment could take weeks. Let it be weeks. This experiment is not meant for you to learn something new, but to become something else.

WRITE AND PUBLISH TRAINER PATH STORY
Much as been written and discussed about the 'Path' over the past thousands of years. You might have discovered by now that you cannot teach anything that a person is not ready to learn themselves. This applies to you too. You cannot learn anything from anyone that you are not ready to learn for yourself. This pertains to the question: what is the Path? It is the same question as in the previous experiment: how can you commit to the Trainer Path, if you do not know what the Path is.
Probably, your school did not teach you about the Evolutionary Path, your parents did not tell you about the Path, none of your friends from childhood and their parents had any idea what the Evolutionary Path is. You did not had the chance to deeply think about what the Path is.
This is your chance to do so.
The experiment is to write a short story, at least 15 pages long about a young woman who discovers The Path of Evolution. The story is about her moment of discovery, but also about how her walking the Path unfolds, who does she becoming and what new results she is able to create. You have complete freedom of movement: it can be set in the future, in the past, on another Planet; she has friends, allies, mentors, teachers, pets, a lover; she finds another group of edgeworkers, or has to build her own Team; ... The main requirement is that the book is centered on her discovering that there is a number of specialty that make up Archiarchy, and one of them is Trainer. She discovers she is a Trainer, and start delivering her Nonmaterial Trainer Value.
Publish the short story, either in full or in parts at Medium or at another platform for articles; include a cover picture with your story.

WHAT CAN YOUR FELLOW TRAINE PATHER CAN DEPEND ON YOU FOR? BECOME A TRANSFORMATIONAL PROPOPOSAL MAKER
An easily mesurable shift of behavior is when you become some who can source something that until now you have been only consuming. The shift from consumer to spaceholder is not a once-in-a-lifetime initiation. It is an ongoing feedback mechanism on your Path.
Most people are on a Team so that they can let someone else do the work of holding and navigating space, they expect to be taken care of and entertained, while assuring themselves an ongoing source of support and possibility. Being on a Team as a Trainer is measured by who are you being and what are you doing to be a source of the Team's ecstasy.
How well can you be on a Trainer Team as a Trainer? How are you sourcing the Trainer Path? How are you still consuming it?
Another way to put it is: What can your fellow Trainer Pathers can depend on your for within the Trainer Path?
Can they depend on you to be your survival self? Can they depend on you to withdraw and withhold, not speak up when it is your line in the script and even when it is not? Can they depend on you to keep Voices in your head? Can they depend on you to play low status and give up on taking responsibility for the quality and elegance of the Trainer Path because 'somebody else will take care of it'? Can they depend on you to find excuses and justifications for not taking yourself into breakdown into a place of not knowing?
This experiment comes in two parts.
The first part is to get your 'X' on the map about your dependability on the Trainer Path. In the next meeting of the Trainer Path, start the meeting by asking your fellow Trainers: 'What can you depend on me for here in the Trainer Path?' Write down everything they say, even if you do not understand, especially if you do not understand. Be explicit that you are wanting a Radically Honest answer of what you source in the Trainer Path from an Upperworld, Middle world and Underworld perspective.
The second part is about practicing making Transformational Proposals in the Trainer Path. For the next 13 meetings, in each meeting, make at least one Transformational Proposals to create the Trainer Path that your Trainer Being wants to be part of. Transformational Proposals can range from a 5 minutes experiment, to a meeting-long space, to a redesign of the entire gameworld.
Transformational proposals are, for example:
* Create and hold space for a new specialty (or an already existing specialty without a spaceholder) of the Possibilitator Training.
* Invite a true global Initiator to join the Trainer Path to offer their Nonmaterial Value. If you have to pay for them to come, organize that too.
* Engage the Trainer Path in updating and upgrading the Trainer Path Handbook.
* Take a stand to invoke what is not been said in the space by calling forth the people who are not speaking it to take center stage.
* Become a Map for someone to take themselves into breakdown by pulling the rug out from under yourself.
* Change your identity is being a Quest-ion Quality Detective. You discover that the space can only be as Extraordinary as the Quest-ions in the space are. You ongoingly scan for the depth and quality of the Quest-ion in the Trainer Path.
* Make Possibility Management Possibilitator Training / Trainer Path postcard, and send 200 postcards to each member of the Trainer Path.
* Be an Documenter Fanatic: ask, request, require, demand of your fellow Trainer Path colleagues to document their findings. Do whatever you can for them to share their discover through video, talks, article, books, video log. Make Pirate Agreement, call them up on Zoom and record while they speak, ask them for one paragraph of writing every day for one week, ...
* I could keep going...

STUDY THE DISTINCTIONARY FROM A TO Z FROM A TRAINER'S POINT OF VIEW
School has deeply wounded us about studying. Now, most of us carry the thoughtware that studying means learning by heart for the test. For the desolation of some, but the delight for others, on the Trainer Path, there is no test that you can memorise for. That does not mean there is no test. Everything is a test.
Haven't you figured that out yet? Your partner is testing you all the time - Will he be seduced by my White Widow offers? Has she truly left the Patriarchy and will refuse to give me her center? Can he left himself be out of control and enter the Feminine garden with me? Can she answer 'Yes or No' to a 'Yes or No' question? The Universe is ongoingly test you - Are you committed? Will you do the thing you say you would do and have Integrity? Can you make a promise and keep it? Can you enter Contenance when the door opens? Can you get out of the way for Gaia or your Bright Principles to speak through you?
If your partner is testing you and the Universe is testing you, you can be sure that the Trainer Path is testing you. The test is of a different flavour than modern school testing though. The test is not how well you can memorize, but who are you Being and who are you Becoming.
Some people have told us that reading the Distinctionary has changed their Life. You bet it did! What it will do for you can only be found out by reading it yourself.
The experiment starts with you printing the Distinctionary and binding it. Make sure that the margins are wide enough for you to take notes in them.
The experiment is simple: Study the Distinctionary with others. Discover what studying in Archiarchy is like. Studying can be made into a adventureous, nourrishing, rollercoaster-like discovery journey. Like Elizabeth Gilbert said in Eat Pray Love (I am paraphrasing, I could not find the exact quote): "There are explorers who will ascend Everest, or dive in the deepest part of the oceans, or even look to reach the Moon. But here I am surrounded by as true explorers: the people who are willing to look inside of themselves, even in the darkest part, and discover inner territories that might have never been seen, or touched by anyone else." The Distinctionary is a Map, a doorway into such adventrue. Almost no one makes use of it. But how can a Trainer pass such a fantastic opportunity?
Read through it from start to finish in a weekly Study Group or Possibility Team. Read it from the point of view of a Trainer who delivers and lands those distinctions in transformational space for the benefit of your clients and participants. As you read along, invent experiments for practicing the new thoughtware in your and their daily life. This is where the High Level Fun really starts! Do the experiments, and report on your finding the following week.
Extra experiment #1: (look for the Matrix Point in the SPARK Translator website): for most Trainers, English is not your first language. The Distinctionary is one of the foundational document of Possibility Management (it being thoughtware for Next Culture - Archiarchy). If your mother tongue is different than English, the extra experiment is to take a stand for the Distinction of Possibility Management to be available in your mother tongue. The experiment is to translate the Distinctionary into your own mother tongue. Ask for Clinton and Anne-Chloé to build a copy of the Distinctionary website in your own language and give you the editing rights.
Extra experiment #2: Print 17 copies of the Distinctionary and bind them so that they are easy to read without losing any pages. Distribute the 17 copies to people who will read the printed Distinctionary, and become someone else while doing so. Make the deal with these people that when they are done, they are to give their copy to the next person.

BUILD THOUGHTMAPS-DELIVERY LIQUID STATE RESILIENCE
Possibility Management Thoughtmaps are 5-body-3-worlds-multi-dimensional Maps. Possibility Managament Thoughtmaps are, however, not the territory. Maps are Maps. The territory is What Is. Thoughtmaps are navigation tools to operate in the territory. The closer your map is to the territory - meaning the more it describes accurately Reality, the more grip you have to accept with What Is, and ultimately transform What Is.
Possibility Management Thoughtmaps are discovered out of the necessity for the Trainer to be with What Is so as to gain the power to transform it, which means the maps are also pulled out of the source from the Authentic Questions of the participants.
The purpose of this experiment is about getting used to bathing in the Liquid States of Thoughtmap-delivery by discovering and re-discovering Possibility Management Thoughtmaps.
The Source of the Map is endless. Each time, you deliver a Possibility Management Thoughtmap you can discover a new dimension, layer or distinction in the map - if you allow yourself to be in Liquid State as you deliver them.
With a certain resilience to Thougthmap-delivery Liquid State, there will be a new space in yourself for new Thoughtmap to come through you. You will have dropped enough resistance baggage for that Thoughtmap to be delivered and documented for the benefit of all Possibility Managers. In this case, please send your new Thoughtmap to Clinton Callahan, so it can be added to the PM Thoughtmaps website.
The experiment is to over the next few months deliver every Thoughtmap from the PM Thoughtmaps website to someone: one person on the street, your 3Cell, your Possibility Team, your Study Group, your partner, even the Trainer Path. Find and jack into the Source of the Map, and deliver it from there. This mean you can deliver Map you have never heard of before, ones which you do not know what they are about. Reading them or looking at them on the website will have about 1% of the effect of delivering them from the Source.
Extra experiment #1: for the Thoughtmap that you have delivered more than 3 times during an Expand The Box Training, the experiment is to deliver them backwards.
Extra experiment #2: for the 10 ETB Foundational Thoughtmaps (the ones that you deliver during the first session of an ETB), deliver the 10 Thoughtmaps in less than 20 minutes, including questions from the participants.

DELIVER 53 NON-ETB-NON-LAB PM PROCESSES TO A DEDICATED POSSIBILITY TEAM
How many of Possibility Management Processes do you not know about? Probably a number of them! Luckily for you, a group of dedicated (you might even say neurotic) documenters have kept putting down in writing the invented Processes. As a side comment, the process of writing down what has happened is an Alchemical act. As Lee Lozowick said: "If you do not write it down, it did not happened."
The experiment is to build a Possibility Team which purpose is to go through Possibility Management Processes that do not belong to Expand The Box Training or Possibility Labs.
Note: It is detrimental to deliver the Processes from Expand The Box outside of an Expand The Box Training. These are Processes that need the container of a 3-to-5 days Training held in the particular context of Expand The Box. It is the same for the Lab. Lab Processes are mostly not publicly available on the PM Processes website, if some are, there is an explicit warning at the top of the write-up that they are Lab Processes.
First, go through the PM Processes website, and choose the 10 first Processes that attract you to deliver. Create the Possibility Team around these 10 Processes, which means the Possibility Team is closed for 10 weeks.
Deliver 1 Process per week, and take notes of what could be improved in the Processes, or alternative roads to explore. Send those notes back to Clinton or Anne-Chloé, who will make sure they go into the official Process write-up.
After you are done with the first 10 Processes, choose the next 10 Processes, and open the Possibility Team to new members. Keep going until you have delivered 53 non-ETB-non-Lab PM Processes from the PM Processes website.

CALL 5 PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN CENTRAL TO THE EVOLUTION OF POSSIBILITY MANAGEMENT
Anyone discovering Possibility Management now is jumping onto a moving train. Even if you have been in the context for a few years (which would be the case if you are seriously decided to become a Possibility Management Trainer), the history of Possibility Management start back in 1975, and lots has happens since then.
We - Clinton mostly - have recently realized that the lineages, history, and legends - which are so familiar to the 'old rabbits' - remain invisible to the 'new rabbits'. Yet understanding the origins of the Possibility Management gameworld is integral to its richness. Possibility Management has roots, shoots, fruits, hoots, books, legends, errors, and artifacts.
The experiment starts with simply reading the Museum of Possibility Management website. As you read through the website, choose 5 people who have contributed to the gameworld of Possibility Management's Evolution. Call them. The purpose of the call is first, for you to show your appreciation of the Path they have taken that has provided such Clarity for the gameworld, and the Healing and Transformation of thousands of people. Tell them how you made use of the distinction they discovered. Additionally, question them about their more recent discovery and how you could make use of them for your own Circle?
If in the case, they are not inclined to talk to you, write them a letter. Best a hand written letter, or an email if that is your last resort with the same purpose as for the call.
This is a part of becoming a Village Weaver. A Village has history. A Village is not bound by its history, however, it does not mean that we can forget the shoulders that we are standing on while delivering our work. On the contrary, honoring the history is one of the way to unbound ourselves from it.

Such gameworlds are run by people who authentically care about the well being and the evolution of the gameworld. Most often, these people are not paid (monetarily) to do what they do - that is true for the Possibility Management gameworld. The reward of holding space, guarding and evolving Possibility Management which provides immense Clarity and Possibility for thousands of people around the world is payment.
As you keep reading the Trainer Guild website, diagram the organizational chart and flow of energy of the gameworld of Possibility Management and your place in it as a source person. Present your diagram to the Trainer Path in one of the meeting. Then, when you are clear on what you want to source in the gameworld, call up the spaceholder for the Infinity Ring and make your Transformational Proposals. They are so many dimensions of Possibility Management that are yet to come to life, and are left, for now, in a lethargic state only due to the lack of spaceholders.

USE YOUR OWN PERSONAL RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTATION TO BECOME MAGIC
The basis of this experiment is for you to stop believing in magic and actually become magic. And by 'research', we mean your actual inspired efforts to find out what is possible to create and experience that might seem impossible for an 'ordinary' human being. As Robert H. Heinlein cleverly notice: "One man’s 'magic' is another man’s engineering. 'Supernatural' is a null word.” This mean magic can be learned and practiced.
Becoming magic is being grounded in Reality enough that you can distinguished what is real and what is fake, in yourself, in others, and in what is possible. Nonlinear Possibility - magic - lies in the details (but not with the devil, excuse the pun).
The experiment is choose one skill that is far beyond your capacity to master. For example, bending silver spoons with your hands, psychically diagnosting the ailement of someone you do not know accross the world, listening and speaking to animals, communicatin with Gaia to the degree that she can tell you which plants is poisonous or healing, transporting your body to other planets and universes, etc...
Research books, videos, podcasts about the skill. Do as much research as you can before contacting the person who can teach you this particular kind of 'magic'. Call them up and do whatever is needed for them to come into the Trainer Path, during an online meeting or a physical Training, to deliver the distinctions, tools and practices needed for the people in the Trainer Path to have access to this magic skill.

BRING A TEAM OF TRAINERS THROUGH AN INITIATION TOGETHER
On the Trainer Path, there are necessary Adulthood and Archetypal Initiations that are not provided in Expand The Box or Possibility Lab. It is not that the context of Possibility Management cannot contain these Initiations, it is mostly that other contexts deliver these Initiations marvellously and there are so many other Initiations that no other context than Possibility Management deliver that we are busy enough with our stuff.
The experiment is to organize one Initiation delivered outside of the Possibility Management context for Possibility Trainers and Possibilitators. You organize the date, time, logistics, registration, payment, and, maybe the most difficult part, for the Trainer Pathers and Possibilitators to engage this Initiation as a Team, as a Village. This could include for, example, that if someone does not have the financial resources, or time resource to come, that you organize yourself as a Team for these people to be able to come.

CREATE A TORUS TECHNOLOGY RUN GAMEWORLD TO TRAIN TRAINERS TO DELIVER TORUS TECHNOLOGY
At long last, here is something that truly inspires us: Torus Technology. The decision-making, meeting technology and power-structure that we used in the Possibility Management, the Possibilitator Training, the Trainer Guild and the Trainer Path.
As an Expand The Box Trainer, and even more so as a Possibility Lab Trainer, it is inevitable that you will come across, or more accurately be thrown into gameworld malfunctions. For the first reason, that most of your edgeworking clients do not even know what a gameworld is, let alone Torus Technology. Most of your edgeworking clients are still sucked into the hierarchical-psychopathic-run-leadership model while trying to bring their vision to life. It is painful to witness how many well intended projects and gameworlds collapse due to the lack of Clarity about how to running Evolutionary Gameworlds. This, for example, can be the reason why organizers of Expand The Box Trainings for a Community, Ecovillage, or another organization do not pull through, and instead are lost in inner wars and power games. If this is the case for you, drop the idea of the Expand The Box all together (for the moment) and shift gears into upgrading the Context and Clarity of their current gameworld.
This is one example as to why, as a Trainer, it is crucial that you are well versed in using, delivering and implementing Torus Technology for already established and new Edgeworking gameworlds. There is much to learn and many traps to fall into. Yes, you will mostly learn about those while delivering Torus Technology. However, you might want learn a thing or two from the previous mistakes made by Trainers who have been there before you.

The experiment is to establish a temporary gamewold with a group of at least 12 people, ideally Possibilitators and Trainers. The members do not need to be physically close, the gameworld meetings can happen online. The purpose of the gameworld is to learn how to use, deliver and implement Torus Technology for Edgeworking gameworlds around the world. What this means is that you are design a training program for Torus Technology Trainer, that includes you! You teach best what you most need to learn!
The additional component of this gameworld is that it uses Torus Technology as its own meeting and decision-making technology.
The gameworld has a lifespan of at least 4 weeks, and an end-life of maybe never, if you take the opportunity of creating a whole new Possibilitator Specialty: Torus Technology Trainer.
Whether you decide to go ahead with the Torus Technology specialty, please keep sharp and extensive notes about your findings both on how to run a temporary gameworld on Torus Technology and the Trainer Training program you are developing. The completion of this experiment comes with writing a report of the results of your experiments on Torus Technology.

CREATE A PRACTICE SPACE FOR TRAINER SKILLS FOR OTHER TRAINERS
One of the best places to practice Trainer Skills at the moment in your regional Possibilitator Training group. The Trainer Path meetings are, at the moment, a space focusing on deepening the context of Expand The Box, Possibility Lab, and Trainer Path. That, sometimes includes skills practice, not always. In the Possibilitator Training, you are holding space for skilled spaceholders to take their context and practices to another level. This is what Expand The Box is about: unlocking Next Culture spaceholders. What better place to start then with Possibilitators?
This experiment is about unfolding a different part of your Trainer Being. That part that is Taking a Stand for your commitment to the Trainer Path and the success of your fellow Possibility Management Trainers.
The experiment is to organize a 3-to-5-day Trainer Path Lab or a Trainer Path Practice Skills Days, either online or offline for Trainers, including yourself, to have a dedicated space to practice new skills, go through Emotional Healing Processes and Initiations in a Trainer Path context held space. This does not mean that you are holding space for the entire Trainer Path Lab, however it might. The Trainer Path could include inviting different Trainers - Possibility Management and other context - to hold space for a specific dimension of the Trainer Path.
Warning! It has been assumed in the past that holding space for Trainers is 'easier' than holding space for beginner people with 'less matrix'. The assumption probably blossoms from the idea that Trainers have more capacity to surrender to Liquid States and will 'have your back' as someone who is committed to their commitment. This is the warning: it is mostly not so. Trainers are well-defended in their identity as Trainers, they have 'mastered' the distinctions to be able to create more elegant and undetectable Bullshit. In addition, you are faced with immense Gremlins and Beings that need a depth of Transformation and Risk to be well fed. When hungry, Gremlins tend to retaliate. You do not want to have to 'deal' with hungry Trainer Gremlins!
Here are a few hints that can make a world of difference.
Trainers might want to generalise responsibility out of existence by using the very sneaky concept of 'we'; hiding behind 'we are all Trainers'. Forget it: there needs to be ONE spaceholder. And if you are doing this experiment, the spaceholder is you. Do not give away the spaceholding. Ever. At the same time, be that which can Shift! and Go! when necessary.
Your ability to create the space needed and wanted will need to include your commitment to hold and navigate space for Being that are bigger than you. It is often assumed that you can only serve Beings 'smaller' than you, meaning they do not have the Presence or Clarity that you do. It is possible to create value for bigger Beings. Commit to that and find the many unreasonable ways to do so.
The Evolutionary business is show business. Give them a show! Start with a BANG and leave them laughing! Give Trainers more than what they can chew on. Move sideways. Each new space is a new dimension. Trainer Beings (and conscious Gremlin) thrive on nonlinearity. This mean that you might need to prepare yourself significantly. For example, organizing a Theater piece for Trainer when you are not a trained Theater director is a feat that cannot be thrown from the hip.
Demand that the Trainers behave as Spaceholders. Any minuscule whiff of complaining, backstabbing, triangulating, victimhood, undermining of your spaceholding or anyone else's, put it immediately on the table through Vacuum Learning: "How can a person like you, an Expand The Box Trainer, is willing to cripple a Trainer learning space? I do not understand that. Would you please explain to me?" They want to have a victim conversation, they are in the wrong gameworld. They can either Shift! Go! or go through an Emotional Healing Process. In this case, The Purple Card becomes quite useful.

You want to do something to make the world a better place? You think you can do it all by yourself? Think again.
This is the start of the Your Circle website, and I love it! I love it because it is so true, and I did not even write it.
The proposed experiment about Your Circle is definitely a Trainer experiment. Therefore, the suggestion is first to do a serious number of experiments from the Your Circle website so that, for one thing, you have build a close and solid Circle of about 600 people, and that you have gone through a number of Emotional Healing Processes about being visible, being on a Team, being a spaceholder for a Team, expanding your concept of Family to include the pathwalkers of your Circle, putting your parents and other ancestors behind you, being able to commit to someone else's commitment, etc...
After delivering Healing and Transformational spaces for a while to 'your people', it will become obvious, that you cannot provide the diversity of Clarity, Healing and facets of Being necessary for your Clients to grow up and grow into their own unique Being. Children are raised by a Village. It is the same for Adults, they are made by a variety of different Adults.
What better Adults to send your people to than your fellow Trainer Pathers?
The experiment is to choose 3 Trainers (it can also be Possibilitators) with whom your Circle could benefit from having access to their Nonmaterial Value. Call those 3 Trainers up and tell them: "I want you to add my people to your newsletter so they can receive the jewels of your research and join your Events." Then ask them: "With whom they have shared their Circle with?"; and if not, "why not? what is the way? what is their Emotional Healing Process(es) to go through?"
The experiment is complete only when you have received a confirmation from each of the 3 Trainers/Possibilitators that they have added your email list to their newsletter sending list. This means your mission does not end when you have send the file, you commit to your colleagues commitment to increase their Circle, no matter how much it freaks them out.

CREATE AN 'EXPAND THE BOX' IN YOUR AREA FOR ANOTHER TRAINER
Without a Circle, who do you think will come to your Expand The Box Trainings? It took us a long time, but we have learned the long hard way that you will not be invited to deliver your Practice Expand The Box until you have at least 600 people in your Circle to whom you send a monthly newsletter, and who actually read your newsletter. An easy way to find out if they read your newsletter is if you deliver a worktalk or a Rage Club, you easily have 20 people registered.
Contrary to modern culture belief, the more Expand The Box happen in your area, the more participants you will have in your Expand The Box. The kind of treasure that we deal in, as Possibility Management Trainer, grows when it is given away. The survival concept of the more a service or product is scarce, the more it is valuable leads to severe competition, backstabing, power games and other Gremlin feeding frenzies. If you still carry with you concepts, constructs, beliefs and wounds about competition, go through the necessary Emotional Healing Processes to enter the Creative Collaboration and Winning Happening of the Trainer Path.
This is an experiment mostly designed for Trainer Pathers who are not yet fully certified Expand The Box Trainers. However, if you are a fully certified Trainer and are still plagued by competition and scarcity mindset, this could very well be a healing experiment for you.
The idea is that the first (or next) Expand The Box in your area is to be delivered by someone else than yourself. Through the processes of creating an Expand The Box Training for someone else, you will build huge amount of matrix needed in 'selling' Transformation and Possibility, and will build a solid Circle for when it is your time to be on the hot seat.
The experiment is therefore to create an Expand The Box Training in your area for an already certificied Trainer of the Trainer Path, for a minimum of 25 participants. The process of building a Circle of 25 registered paying participants in an Expand The Box usually takes 1-to-2 year. About the same amount of time that it takes to be on the Trainer Path before you are invited to deliver your Practice Expand The Box.

DO LEGEND MAKING TRAINER ACTION EVERYDAY FOR TWO WEEKS
If you speak out, you become visible. Being visible makes you a potential target for projections, expectations, jealousies, vengeance, even abuse. Many of you survive behind your skills for staying invisible. The idea of building an inner structure capable of maintaining commitments by which you become visible is inconceivably scary.
This experiment is about being visible as a Trainer by causing chaordic, organic Legend Making actions that open doors and provide nonlinear experiences to individuals and small groups.
Each person you empower with a Legend Making Trainer action returns to their lives with the experience you provided for them. If they were fed by what you offered, then they may search for more of that kind of experience. Suddenly they are on the Path. You have caused a ripple in the morphogenetic field of the human race.
As your ripples go out into the world, they naturally combine with the ripples that Possibility Managers and other Edgeworkers are making. These ripples randomly interact with each other (it looks random, but is likely orchestrated by E.C.C.O. at work, creating beneficial coincidences…). Somehow the general human awareness miraculously changes. When a bunch of little waves add upon each other, a transformational tsunami can suddenly arise. This kind of personal evolution is sustainable. When you learn to replace yourself, evolution becomes regenerative.
Legend-Making actions are for example:
Taking an unreasonable Stand for an individual or a small group of people
Create a valueable space for people who are ‘bigger’ than you
Cavitating unexpected extraordinary spaces in the midst of ordinariness
Being unreasonably, authentically and radiantly happy as a source of nourrishment for your friends, family and strangers
Invoking the potential of someone's Being or Adult with no agenda that it will serve you at all
Taking on an Herculeus task and finishing it (for example, sewing a flag for your Nanonation, making an entrie dress made out of mango seeds, building a wooden cabin for Emotional Healing Processes, write 1000 wikipedia page for Possibility Management distinctions, ...)
These are examples, there is an endless nonlinear actions that are Legend Making. There is no method to Legend Making Trainer actions, it is a source to jack into and never let go. Then it is who you are to be Legendary.
Warning: it is possible to make 'bad' legends about yourself. For example, legends about your lack of integrity, that you carry abundant resentments, or your triangulating skills, these are 'bad' legends. They are to distinguish with true Legend Making actions that have disturbed or offended people. As Brad Blanton says: "Bad publicity is still publicity."
In practical terms, the experiment is to consciously make Legend Making Trainer actions EVERY DAY for two weeks, and report daily on them in the Trainer Path group.

MAKE 10 INTERVIEWS AS A TRAINER REPRESENTING THE TRAINER GUILD
Each worktalk that you give, each article that you write, each workshop that you deliver in a festival will bring, on average, one seriously committed person into Your Circle. One person. That's all. Transformation cannot be marketed as any other regular product, because you Transformation is not attractive to the Box, it is delightful for the Being. This means the person who will join your Circle have worked hard enough to create even the smallest gap between their Box and their Being.
To build a 600-people Circle, it takes 600 worktalks, workshops, Rage Club, Fear Club, Festival, articles, videos, ... and interviews.
Interview might be one of the most powerful ways to access different circles of edgeworking context. During interviews, your job is to preach to the choir. You are already talking to edgeworkers, you are simply providing them with tools, distinctions, and processes that they never heard of and that they can already apply in the edgeworking life.
Possibility Management is thoughtware for Next Culture - Archiarchy. Some of the people that you reach in your interviews might jump both feet into Possibility Management. Another possibility is for these edgeworkers to bring Possibility Management distinctions into their context to make it more powerful.
The experiment is to find 10 platforms or contexts or podcasts for you to be interviewed as a Possibility Management Trainer representing the Trainer Guild of Possibility Management. This means a couple of things.
One, you might need to contact 50 platforms to have a succesful 'Yes' from 10 of them.
In addition, you are not making the interview for or from yourself, you are jacking into the larger context of a Trainer Training program of Archan spaceholders and speaking from and for that. You might notice that the bigger the context you can represent, the bigger space you create for your Archetypal Lineage and Bright Principles to come through.

GET REAL ABOUT WHERE YOUR CULTURAL LOYALTIES LIE
"We?" "What do you mean by 'we', white man?"
What do you mean when you use words such as 'our government decided...', 'our language does not have...', 'our taxes pay for...', 'our army went to...', 'in our culture...'?
Oh really, you can decided where the taxes you pay to your government are funneled towards?
You have a hands in where the efforts of your government are directed to?
You have an army? Then, why isn't your army protecting every single tree from being cut down? Why isn't your army planting millions of trees every day and keeping them alive? Why haven't you requisitionned everyone of your soldiers to restore ecosystems?
Is it true that you identify with the rule of Law of your birth culture that is exterminating Life on planet Earth at the fatest rate possible? Are you upholding its norms, its laws, its social ways, its lifestyle? If so, why? If so, how can you be a Possibility Trainer? If not, why do you say 'we'?
The experiment is for you to get real about where your cultural loyalties really lie. Who are you flowing your energy towards? Who are you giving your money to? How are you supporting the hypnotisation of the general population? Which laws are you abiding by?
Find 3 committed sharp-sworded friends who are willing to have this Radially Honest interrogation. Before the interview starts, your 3 centered-grounded-bubbled friends make an extra bubble of cultural space, and shift their identity into a New Refugee Culture, such as Extinction Rebellion, or Deep Green Resistance, or from the Na'vi People on Pandora (from Avatar). Count on the interview to be one hour. Ask your friends to be vicious with their questions, ask them to not believe any of your justification, reasons, clever answers. Ask them to commit to your commitment to get real.
Write down their feedback, their questions, and their Possibilities for you, even if you do not understand them. Do not write what you think you they said, write what they say. Ask your friends to ask you to read back to them what you wrote down.
If it is not a shocking idea to be Global Citizen these days, when you can fly to anywhere across the global in less than 24 hours and for less than a 1000 Euros (often much less!), it is excrutiatingly revolutionary though to abandon your birth culture as an obsolete cultural gameworld that has run its course and has already kicked the bucket.
Your biggest fear might be that the usual burden of being framed-up by your existing circumstances has been entirely removed. You could have an entirely new future!
If your shap-sworded interviewer friends are courageous Trainers, open the door for the Possibility for each of them to go through the same process of 'Getting Real about their cultural loyalties'.
Write an article about the steps of your process in exiting the prison of your Birth Culture and been reborn as a New Refugee. Write also about the opportunity for connection and creation that you now share with fellow refugees, whether they are Armaggedon Refugee or Evolutionary Refugees.

One of the purposes of the previous experiment "GET REAL ABOUT WHERE YOUR CULTURAL LOYALTIES LIE" is to lead you to the question: "Which culture do you live in?"
So, which culture do you live in?
The experiment is this: take a leap and declare yourself living in an Archiarchal Culture and to be able to prove it.
Your Archiarchal Culture needs a name, a flag, a Codex (Constitution) and ideally other people living in your Culture with you.
Between who you are right now and someone who actually lives in an Archiarchal Culture lay a number of Emotional Healing Processes to go through and Clarity to be gained.
My guess is that without taking the leap of declaring yourself been an Archan (someone who lives in an Archiarchal Culture), you have no necessity to go through the Emotional Healing Processes or do the research necessary to be clear about what it takes to Cavitate, Hold and Navigate space for an Archiarchal Culture. This is your chance to put yourself in a position where there is necessity for you to do so. Will you put yourself in that position?
Sometimes it can be useful to put 'la charrue devant les boeufs' - the carriage before the horse, creating a Vacuum force in your life.
If you have not exited the survival strategy to manipulate yourself to do things that you do not want to do or to do what you already want to do, forget about this experiment. Return to 'Go'. Do not collect 200$. In practical terms, go through however many Emotional Healing Processes is needed to get out of this condition. Being a Trainer and Being someone who manipulates themselves are contradictory statements. They cannot live in the same place at once.

The purpose of the research is for you to building enough matrix that living anywhere else than in Archiarchy is too painful for you, and have Integrity with the work that you are delivering in Expand The Box and Labs.
