The Trainer Path is the Team of Trainers delivering Expand The Box Trainings or seriously preparing themselves to deliver Expand The Box Trainings.
In the Trainer Path, you are as much committed to your own Evolution and Transformation as you committed to the Evolution and Transformation of the people in your Circle and your colleagues on the Trainer Path. You support, love and create possibility each other to shift your Point of Origin from ordinary modern culture to your own unique extraordinary responsibly-contexted culture and becoming a space through which your Bright Principles and Archetypal Lineage can do their work in the world.
The Trainer Path helps each other succeed, not to success.
In the Trainer Path, healers heal healers. You heal each other by going through and holding space for every emotional healing process free of monetary cost.
Some Trainer's Archetypal Lineage is to be a Trainer-Trainer or a Trainer-Trainer Trainer. The Trainer-Trainer's job is to train Possibilitators to become Expand The Box Trainers, and Possibility Lab Trainers.
The Trainer Path creatively collaborates with Trainers and Gameworlds from other contexts to juice up Next Culture gameworlds with the powerful distinctions and initiations discovered in Possibility Management.
The Trainer Path is a transformational Path for Possibility Management Trainers, a continuous professional upgrade program.
Becoming an Expand The Box Trainer requires that you shed, transform and Morph facets of your Box that are in the way for you to become an Expand The Box Trainer.
The Transformational Path of the Trainer Path prepares and open doors for you to:

How to skill-up for becoming an Expand The Box Trainer
CAN YOU BE ON THE TRAINER PATH TEAM?
Trainer Path is but one of dozens of Possibilitator Specialties emerging during the two to five years of Possibilitator Training. Trainer Path is NOT the space to decide if your destiny is to be a Trainer. Your Trainer knacks become clear through what you create while going through the 10 Doorwaysof the Possibilitator Path.
Ninety-five percent of participants in Possibilitator Training are NOT destined to be Possibility Trainers. They have other destinies needed in Archearchy.
Trainer Path is your Process of refining and strengthening the exact skills you need to serve as an Expand The Box Trainer.
The only remaining question is: can you be on the Team?
How do you know if you are on the Team? You are on the Team when the Legends of your actionsalign with the Purpose of the Trainer Path and when the Trainer Team ongoingly experiences your Creative and Collaborative Communications.
All Possibility Trainers (this means Possibilitator Training Trainer Path Specialists, ETB Apprentice Trainers, ETB Trainers, PLab Apprentice Trainers, and PLab Trainers) are on the Trainer Path, because a Trainer's Path never ends. There is 'no top end' on the Trainer Path. It does not work to think you are a Possibility Trainer and not be on the Trainer Path.
NOTE: Trainer Path does NOT include Inactive Trainers, or Trainers who are delivering predominantly mixed-Context work. An 'Inactive ETB Trainer' is an ETB Trainer who has NOT delivered an online-or-offline ETB during the previous 12 months. An 'Inactive PLab Trainer' is a PLab Trainer who has NOT delivered an in-person PLab during the previous 12 months.
HINT: Check with your 3Cell, your Possibility Coach, your Possibilitator colleagues, and your Possibility Team multiple times about how you are doing with each of the following elements on this list of Practice Expand The Box qualifications BEFORE you trouble your Trainer Path Team with giving you feedback and coaching about these things.
NOTE: Many Emotional Healing Processes (EHP) may be required for you to become a person who can accomplish a qualification which you have been avoiding.
PARTICIPATE ENTHUSIASTICALLY IN TRAINER PATH OPPORTUNITIES: You regularly participate in Trainer Path calls, Trainer Path Labs, Trainer Path Days, etc.
PARTICIPATE ENTHUSIASTICALLY IN AT LEAST 10 POSSIBILITY LABS: Before beginning Trainer Path you actively participate in a minimum of 10 Possibility Labs with different Trainers around the world over a period of 2-4 years. PLabs are where you integrate the distinctions and thoughtmaps of Possibility Management into practical use in your 5-Bodies for you daily life. Somewhere along the path (often after Possibility Lab #6 or #7) you will hopefully relocate your Point Of Origin into the context of Extraordinary (Radical Responsibility, Unhookability, Radical Relating, High Drama, etc.) and simply refuse to move it back. This might make you think that you have gotten all you can from PLabs. What we have found is that by doing Possibility Labs #8, #9, #10, you start gaining access to the Archetypal Domains. The processes you go through in Expand The Box Trainings and Possibility Labs are authentic adulthood initiatory processes. If you do not experience each adulthood initiation personally yourself, how useful would you be trying to Navigate these processes for someone else? The alchemist takes her own medicine before giving it to her client.
PARTICPATE ENTHUSIASTICALLY IN 10 ADDITIONAL EXPAND THE BOX TRAININGS: In Trainer Path you participate in a minimum of 10 additional Expand The Box trainings, in various locations with various Trainers, at least 5 of these as an Apprentice Expand The Box Trainer at the side of an already certified Expand The Box Trainer. Each Expand The Box Training is unique in and of itself, AND it is also unique for you, because you are evolving. Expand The Box Training is full of Distinctions and Initiations. During your first Expand The Box Training you might 'get' 10-20% of the Distinctions offered. You will most probably totally forget some Thoughtmaps. In each Expand The Box Training, you dive deeper into the brilliance and potential of each of the 40 Thoughtmaps delivered in ETB.
KEEP PARTICIPATING IN PLABS: You continue participating is further Possibility Labs and Specialty Labs even while you are delivering Expand The Box trainings.
EARN 2000 MATRIX POINTS IN STARTOVER.XYZ: You have registered over 2000 Matrix Points in the StartOver.xyz free-to-play massively-multiplayer online-and-offline matrix-building thoughtware-upgrade personal-transformation true-life adventure-game.
SERVE IN ALL 4 ARCHETYPAL LINEAGES: A Possibility Trainer is a Generalist, not a Specialist. Some people think that a 'Jack-Of-All-Trades is the Master of none.' This means they are afraid to realize that a Jack-Of-All-Trades is a Master of the Jack-Of-All-Trades Trade. Use Feedback and Coaching to find out which of the 4 Archetypal Lineages you are weakest in, and do whatever it takes to gain the necessary skills to ongoingly create valuable results in all 4 Archetypal Lineage categories: Guardian, Village Weaver, Evolutionary, and Gameworld Builder. Learning these skills will undoubtedly necessitate numerous EHPs and Go-Beep-Shift-Go sessions with real-time Feedback and Coaching from your Team.
YOUR WEBSITE: You have already built your own Possibilitator Trainer Path Website with your articles, your videos, your WorkTalks and Workshops, and the services you provide.
WRITE YOUR ARTICLES: You are already writing and publishing at least one 3-5 page Article each month relating to Possibility Management experiences, possibilities, distinctions, healings, discoveries, etc.
POSSIBILITY TEAM: You have already been Navigating both Nonlinear and UnreasonableSpace at your own weekly online-or-offline Possibility Team or Study Group for more than one year. Start with two or three people if you have to. There are many options in Possibility Team. For example, each week you can read one S.P.A.R.K. and do the S.P.A.R.K. experiments together. During the week, keep doing the experiment. The following week check-in about the results and insights your team has during the week. Then do the next SPARK. There are over 230 SPARKs in English, enough for more than 4 years.
EMOTIONAL HEALING INTENSIVE: At some point early on during your Trainer Path you arrange a Team of EHP Spaceholders (something around 6 EHP facilitators, and perhaps also reserve a place in an EHP Dojo) to rotate being 'on-duty' for you 24 hours a day for a minimum of two weeks so that you can do an Emotional Healing Intensive, which is Noticing and immediately use EVERY Emotion that arises as a Doorway for an Emotional Healing Process right then. No delay. No procrastination. It does not matter if your next emotion comes 5 minutes after completing your most recent EHP, you alert your Team and you go through your Process immediately. Trust the Process! Be SURE to make abundant notes in your Beep! Book to track all that comes up and all that happens, including date, time, Spaceholder(s), triggers, emotions that arise, Voices in your head, old decisions, new decisions, Energetic Blocks banished, Energetic Parts retrieved, and a clear formulation of your new or modified Practices. Writing it all down is exceptionally important. If you don't write it down, it did not happen.
GREMLIN TRANSFORMATION: You have Transformed your Gremlin with the guidance of a paid Gremlin Transformation Coach to be at your side as an agent of Radical Clarity and Nonlinear Possibility. This is a one-year Process. Your Gremlin sits at your side as an ally in daily life.

FEAR CLUB: After participating in your first RageClub, attend an Introduction to Fear Club. Then participate in an online-or-offline Fear Club (4-8 week Series) including the 3-3-3 Fear Practice. Then deliver 5 Fear Club Intro WorkTalks yourself. Then apply to participate in a Fear Club Spaceholder Training (8 weeks). Then start delivering your own online-or-offline Fear Clubs (4-8 weeks). We strongly suggest that from time-to-time you join some other Trainer's Fear Club again as a participant so as to keep deepening your Context and building your own Matrix about Fear, Space Navigating, and Transformation.
BUILD YOUR CIRCLE: You build up Your Circle to at least 700 readers on your mailing list (not just dead email addresses, but actual readers who open your messages) to whom you send your monthly Newsletter. (We estimate that at most 3% of your Circle will be ready to enroll in your Expand The Box training at any one time. 700 x .03 = 21 paid ETB participants)
ESCAPE THE 8 PRISONS: You have already escaped the 8 Prisons, in reality, not in your imagination. We will test you.
BECAME UNHOOKABLE: You are essentially Unhookable through using your 13 Tools in your daily life.

TECHNOPENURIAPHOBIA HEALING: You have escaped from Technopenuriaphobia because you can sleep outside in the forest or desert alone for three nights, you can start a fire by rubbing 2 stick together (and 5 other ways without matches or a lighter), you can identify and eat dandelions, you can drive a stick-shift manual-transmission vehicle and can change a flat tire, you can cook a feast for 13 people, you can juggle 3 things, you can sing a song, you can find the North Star or the Southern Cross, you carry the Death Prayer and can deliver it.
HEAL FROM SCHOOL: There are so many countless wounds and scars that you carry from modern culture schooling, so much wasted time, so much lost potential. It takes tremendous courage, but you can do it: Heal From School.

SKILLED IN FIRST AID AND HANDLING EMERGENCIES: You carry a valid Red Cross First Aid Certification card that includes training in Artificial Resuscitation and the proper use of a Defibrillator.
TORUS MEETING TECHNOLOGY AND PROCESSES: Modern culture functions using hierarchical organizations. This is a terribly costly design error. Hierarchy guarantees hijacking from psychopaths, because the personality who can best do whatever it takes to gain a position of power is the psychopath. You refuse to participate in hierarchical spaces, and can replace any hierarchy with a toroidal meeting. You carry a Purple Card for use in Torus Technology meetings and you can liberate creative chaos using Torus Meeting processes. You are already implementing Torus Technology in the gameworlds you participate in, including Torus Technology Thoughtmaps, tools, and Processes.
ARCHEARCHY KIVA: You have joined the Archearchy Kiva Team and have moved at least 100€ of your own money to circulate around the world in 25€ rotating microloans through the Archearchy Kiva Team.
SHIFTED IDENTITY TO TRAINER: You love, and are fed, nurtured, and endlessly inspired by Being A Trainer, especially outside of training spaces. This is not something you force on yourself. It is not work. It is home, finally. The world is yours to play in, to create valuable results. You look into your eyes in the mirror and you see standing there a Possibility Trainer.
JACKED INTO THE SOURCE OF THE THOUGHTMAPS: You have jacked-in to the Source of each of the 40 to 50 core Thoughtmaps of Expand The Box Training – and can deliver them without using 'cheat' cards or notes. You do not own the Thoughtmaps only from your mind, but rediscover each Thoughtmap anew each time you deliver it, from the Source of each Thoughtmap, so that each Thoughtmap lands fresh in the Training Space and in each Participant's 5 Bodies.
JACKED INTO THE SOURCE OF THE PROCESSES: You have jacked-into the Source of each of the Processes necessary for a Training Space to be called an Expand The Box Training. The Spaces that you Navigate and the Processes you deliver are clear and strong enough to qualify your people to participate in Possibility Labs.
CREATIVE COLLABORATION RATHER THAN RIGHT / WRONG OR GOOD / BAD: Your relating and collaborating ongoingly emerges from the Adulthood context of "Yes, and..." creative collaboration, Invention, and Improvising, rather than still being at your parent's home or back in school, desperately looking for the 'right answer' so you do not get punished again. Instead, you remain totally amazed, and you Improvise from the Free And Natural Adult Ego State.
CENTERED RESPECT: You remain Centered in First Position and respect your own Culture at least as much as - and perhaps a little more than - you respect the Culture / Gameworld / Context of others.
THROUGH THE EYE OF THE NEEDLE: You can build a solid foundation in your Participants of Distinctions, Matrix, and Liquid States to be able to fully engage and integrate the results of the authentic adulthood and archetypal initiatory processes delivered in Possibility Labs. In other words, you bring ETB participants through the Eye Of The Needle into an ecstatic life of evolution, discovery, healing, and transformation.
The reason why all these skills, all these processes, all these precisions, all these books and films, all these websites, all these experiments, and all this Matrix-Building is so important is that exactly these resources are required to deliver Expand The Box Trainings. How do we know this? We learned it the long, slow, hard, painful way from decades of delivering Expand The Box trainings! Exactly these things are what prepare you to deal with what actually is going on in Expand The Box Trainings. You gaining these capacities is what makes it safe and possible for healing and transformation to occur in reality in Expand The Box.
A TRAINER IS NOT AN EDUCATOR
A Trainer is not an Educator.
An Educator teaches to others what to know from the Educator's position of already knowing. An Educator adds knowledge to already existing 'knowledge continents', and promotes Defensive Learning - learning something new only when it fits with what you already know.
An Educator is not a Trainer.
A Trainer stands in the nature of reality - nothingness and groundlessness - holds and navigates space for participants to discover what they didn't know they didn't know about. A Trainer lands whatever distinction is needed by your clients and participants. The Trainer as well as the participants navigate spaces of expansive learning - where the learning doesn't build on previous knowledge but comes out of a different knowledge continent. To create a different knowledge continent, the Trainer creates a space with a Point Of Origin anchored in a different context than the context of Modern Culture. In that sense, your training is also a transformational school. Good news that you are in one too!
There is many many schools for educators. Almost every schooling system in the world is a school to teach teachers. There are almost no schools for Trainers. You have found one.
Yes, it is true that from time to time your Trainer job in the moment might be to incite Education. In these moments there is the Clarity that in actuality, you cannot teach a person anything, but anyone can learn anything they want.
AN EXPAND THE BOX TRAINER
In the PM gameworld we are paying more attention to the name of things. This is what we have figured out.
A 'Possibility Manager' is someone who loves and uses Possibility Management personally and professionally.
A 'Possibility Coach' is someone who has been through at least 5 Possibility Labs, watched the 100 Possibility Coaching demonstration videos at Create Possibility, has made their Possibility Coach website, and is delivering professional paid online-or-offline Possibility Coaching sessions.
A 'Possibilitator' is someone who has made a true commitment to themselves to be on the Possibilitator Path including a commitment to participating in at least 10 Possibility Labs over several years, and 3 or more ETBs with different Trainers.
A 'Possibility Trainer' or 'Possibility Management Trainer' is someone who has:

There is no one way to become a Trainer because Possibility Trainers are not a replica of one another.
Each Trainer is uniquely shaped by their life experience, the initiatory processes they've gone through, their Archetypal Lineage, their Bright Principles, and their Pearl. Your Trainer Path will be equally specialized.
However, there exist specific spaces and procedures in which Transformational Trainer skills are learned and sharpened. Like rungs on a ladder, each step is necessary to reach the next Possibility.
The following elements are NOT suggestions. Each element is as essential to being a Possibility Trainer as a paddle is to being a kayaker.

Go through 100 Emotional Healing Processes and Create a EHP Dojo.
The main resistance that exist right now for you to be a Possibility Management Trainer are your own emotional blocks to Being Present, Radically Relying on your inner and outer resources, sourcing your own culture is your radically-responsible based nanonation.
After delivering 50 coachings free of charge (as your self-made school), start charging a sliding of 80-100€/session (1-1h30 session). After your 100th paid coachings, celebrate! From then on, charge a sliding scale of 150-250€/session. This is the regular price for Possibility Coachings.
Ken Windes was a prisoner in the maximum security prison at Marion, Illinois. He made an agreement with Dr. Martin Groder, the prison psychiatrist, that Martin would help him grow up enough to get out of prison if Ken would do everything Dr. Groder gave him to do which included reading a list of 100 books. Ken did it. And within a few years Ken was forced to leave the prison because he was too responsible to stay there. Outside of prison Ken delivered The Game training based on what he learned with Dr. Groder.

Participate in Trainer Training
Get into every Trainer Training that you can. Trainer Skills Days, Trainer Research Days, Trainer Path Labs, Trainer Skill Labs, ... Trainer Trainings are 2-day or 5-day intense skill-building training spaces. They are invested in creating a particular liquid state for spaceholder, which requires a number of Emotional Healing Process.
Trainer Trainings are often delivered post-Possibility Lab to surf the wave of the liquid states of the Lab and insert finer distinctions, skills and processes needed for trainers.
Deliver 100 Public Talks
Deliver 100 WorkTalks, Interviews, Presentation and 25 one- or two-dayWorkshops before considering delivering Expand The Box.
The originator of Possibility Management, Clinton Callahan, gave well over 200, two-hour talks before delivering his first Expand The Box training. We found a cardboard box full of cassette tapes of his recorded talks and are putting them online at Next Culture Radio as samples.
During each of your talks you will learn the value of what you are saying, how to answer questions, and how to navigate Gremlin-filled spaces.
Each talk builds Your Circle of people who know you and trust you and will help you become a Trainer by participating in your offerings. These are the people who will come to your Expand The Box trainings.
Take a Stand for What You Have Taken a Stand for
You have already taken a stand to be a Trainer or you would not be reading this information.
You have not already taken as stand for the stand you have taken.
Now, take a stand for the stand that you have taken. Walk down the street, go to parties, meet people with the stand that you are taking: that you are offering them a life-boat out the misery of surviving in modern culture.
If you do not take that stand, they cannot get on the life-boat and you are leaving them behind playing in the obsolete gameworlds of modern culture.
As you go along your path as a Trainer, you will create content: events, offerings, videos, interviews, processes, articles,... Update regularly your website so it reflects to the best of its capacity where you are on your path right now.
Write at least one article each month and publish it on Academia or Medium about what you are researching at the moment. This is NOT a blog.
This is NOT a post at your Facebook page.
Write your article, 3-5 pages, with a start, a middle, and an end. It gives a distinction or two. It tells a story. It gives an example, and at the end it gets wrapped up satisfactorily, like a ribbon on a birthday present.

Being On The Trainer Path
YOUR PROBLEMS GET BIGGER
Upon entering the Trainer Path, you might discover that your problems get bigger.
The Trainer Path happens only if someone sources it. Who is source the Trainer Path? That would be you and every Trainer Pather on the Team. Each team member sources the Team at the level of responsibility and matrix from which they can source the Team.
When you enter the Trainer Path, most people can source the Team better than you can. So what? They have worked hard and build the matrix to do so by sourcing the Team when others could do it better than them. This is the organism of the Team, team members keep replacing themselves where they are competent. The result is no one is perfectly competent where they are. Everyone is learning to source what they don't know how to source yet. This is an evolutionary gameworld.

From this perspective, being on the Team means you act not only for your own benefit, or gameworld but for the benefit of the Possibility Management Trainer Guild itself.
As a Trainer Pathwalkers, you become an active player in the Possibility Management gameworld by taking responsibility and sourcing more and more of the following:
You create legend-making actions on your own behalf in the name of the Possibility Management Trainer Path.

One powerful way to create hierarchy is to make and hold expectations on your colleague Trainers.
It is possible that when you decide trust , you also create an expectation about who they should be to you.
Creating expectations over them creates this fantasy world that the Trainer gameworld is wonderful and everyone is nice. The moment your mentor behave against your expectation - and be sure that your Gremlin will find evidences to support that story - you will create resentment. This will probably lead for you to give up on your trainer path because 'they are not worth it anyway!'.
What should I do? you might ask. Here's a non-linear offer: trust yourself to be committed to your own initiation, development, unfolding, and growing up process. Trust yourself to take care of yourself around anybody - even your mentor. This requires that you are centered, grounded and bubbled and that you have your sword out at people's neck - including your own. The sword of clarity has two side. When the sword of clarity becomes sharper towards other people's behaviors, it automatically gets sharper towards your own neck too. Then you can trust the Universe to move you and give you feedback, including through your mentor.
In which story do you want to live in? Someone story about you or your story about yourself? The best story to live in is your own (careful not your Box's or your Gremlin's) but the one that empowers you to be a more conscious, healthy, caring and loving human being. That story gets shaped by feedback, coaching, processes, distinctions and clarity from your mentors, and also your peers, participants and friends.
MAKE TRANSFORMATIONAL PROPOSALS
Complaining and criticizing is only and simply unconscious Gremlin food. The Trainer Path is an unconscious-Gremlin-free space. The Trainer Path is not a playground for your Gremlin. Therefore, it is not a space for complaining, criticizing and un-inspected emotional reactivity.
If something in the Team is not working and you notice it, guess whose job it is to handle it? You! Your job is then to take more and more responsibility to deepen the context of the Trainer Path and produce real results from it.
And ask questions.
Be connected with your collaborators. When you have your bubble and they have theirs, you are both taking care of yourselves around each other. This is where the extraordinary relationship between collaborators can begin. At the point, you have your center, your voice, your feelings, your vision and you can make demands on your mentor.
When your mentor shows integrity, ask them to tell you something about themselves in what ways they are trustworthy. Ask them how they learn that skills and if they could train you to have integrity.
When your collaborator behaves in a untrustworthy way, ask real questions, and use Vacuum Learning:
TRAINER FIELD NOTES
What you want to do in terms of energy management is be aware of what everybody in the room is doing with their energy. In particular, when you are doing some of the heavy duty processes like rage work or terror work or deep sadness work. What you may discover is that certain individuals will be trying to incorporate some of the skills that they have in terms of managing energy that they learned from previous or other kinds of trainings. They might be doing Rieke, or Silva Mind control or any number of modality or technologies for managing the energy in the space.
In particular, there are three things that they may be trying to do. One is they may simply trying to ground out the energy, get it out of the room. That is usually motivated by fear on their part and in attempt to protect themselves from being exposed to the energy. So they are trying to dispose of it. Another thing that they may be trying to do is calling forth some angel or some protector or some entity into the space in order to handle the situation or to protect it. They would be doing that under the guise of blessing the person who the work is happening on. The third thing that they might be trying to do is in some other way handling the problem for the person who the demand is on themselves. Not letting the person that the demand is on handle it themselves but this other person may be trying to handle it for them. They might be doing this under the guise of blessing that person or healing them. What is actually happening is that person’s energy is getting into the space of the person who the demand is on. It is a space invasion kind of entanglement and it interferes with the person who the demand is on, preventing them from doing the work themselves. So the basic bottom line method of the Event is that people must do their own work. In prison terminology, this is stated as, “You must do your own time.” What that means is when you are in prison, no one can serve the years of your sentence for you. You must serve those years yourself behind bars. What we are saying in the Event is every person has to do their own work and it can’t be done for them. So the way you pick up on these energy abnormalities or energy aberrations is a body sense. You actually sense in your body where energy is going. How much, what kind, where it is going and where it is coming from. You can actually sense this in your body. You need to be touch with the energy at this level through out the Training. So that you know what is necessary, in terms of holding the space and what is called for in terms of you being the Trainer and what is called for in taking the next step in the Training. Namely, what is needed next.
When you notice a person manipulating or controlling the energy in the space, you might notice that their hands are in a certain position or their attention being elsewhere or some kind of motion with their hands or they might be mumbling prayers to themselves or something like this. There are a couple things that you might want to do and that is to get their attention, ask them to please stop doing what they are doing and indicate to them if they have questions about your request, you can speak with them later about it. It is best not to bring this subject up at large. It is not a subject that people are fluent enough in to have a conversation about that would be a benefit to them. In part, you want to tell the person or ask the person what are they doing. Either they will indicate to you that they know what they are doing and can describe it to you or they may not know what it is they are doing or they may not want to tell you. In any case, please let

them know that people have to do their own time and it doesn’t work in this training for one person to be in another person’s space energetically. It doesn’t serve the person that the demand is on and neither does it serve the person that is trying to work with the other person because it is actually a rescue. It is a move on the part of the “healer” or energy worker from the position that the energy worker is OK. And the person who the demand is on is not OK. They require the energy worker’s help in some way. Even though they have not asked for it. The truth of the matter is that the energy worker is not being present. Rather than being present, they are doing some energy manipulation modality and it does not work. It does not serve anybody. So, the conversation is very simple and straightforward. Please do not do that. It does not work here. It is not what we are doing here. Usually there is absolutely no problem with that.
Along these lines, for people who are radically shut down and really separate and disconnected, a technique that works to leverage yourself with them is that when a person is on the floor who is doing major sadness or terror work, it works to take the person who is shut down and help them sit at the feet of the person doing the terror work, not touching the feet but directly aligned with the feet, because during deep sadness and deep terror work, a lot of energy is flying out of the participant’s feet and hands and head actually, but to place an individual who is shut down and disconnected in the position of being at the feet of the participant down on the floor doing the deep work. The person at the feet receives the energy into their body and it would be the equivalent of and entire roomful of people screaming at them for the duration of that time. Or actually receiving an energy right into their body and it is a big boost or wake up. So it is something that you can do for people who are shut down.
In terms of energy management over the entire weekend, this may be spoken about else where already. There may be some details in here that have not been included yet. The way the energy goes over the weekend. Saturday morning, we start out on flat level ground, meaning that the energy is very middle world. What we want to do is energetically bond with everybody in the space in the middle world on Saturday morning so the people feel safe and secure and bonded and connected and the trust can start to grow throughout Saturday morning. Even in the first beginning parts of the demanding process that we start. We want to keep the energy in the space real sane, real level, very calm, very grounded, nurturing and have everybody connected into that. As the trust begins to grow and the demands become more and more significant and more and more deep and able to produce shifts in people what you want to do is to relax the energy in the space and gradually over Saturday afternoon until Saturday evening relax the control, the energy in the space until it is really going well where anybody takes it within bounds. The bounds are a kind of clarity and sanity. You want to keep the energy in the room clear and sane and what that means is you don’t want it to go to a place where the demand might be not serious or where it might be teasing or where it might be controlling or manipulating or insinuating, where a person is not OK in whatever way. None of those things work and they are all harmful and you want to keep the energy out of that domain. So by Sunday evening, the energy is going to be incredibly tense and I don’t mean intense simply in an underworld sense, because the energy can be intense in a middle world sense and in an upperworld sense and I suggest that the level of it is so big and so powerful that people are less defended from it. They are less protected. The barriers are down. The buffers have been dissolved. It will seem like the energy is very intense and you want to let it to be that intense. You want to end on Saturday night, if the energy being radically intense, so that people leave the space for example, you don ‘t want to have a mass holding as the last thing that happens Saturday night. You want a very potent, powerful transformational demand that is very high energy to happen as the last thing that happens on Saturday night. What you are doing is you are leveraging yourself through the night. You are imparting people with a powerful experience that impacts them bodily. The last thing that happens on Saturday night is that they will go home and they will be carrying this immense amount of energy with them. They will carry that into their sleep and into their dreams and into their subconscious and into their entire body so that throughout the entire evening and night time and early in the morning, before they come back to the training on Sunday morning, this experience is working them, working them over. So that by the time that they come back into the Training Sunday morning, you have leveraged yourself with everybody all night long and there is incredible expansion of what is possible for everybody who is participating in the Event. They have been worked all night long by the intensity of the energy and by Sunday morning, they are willing and able to go to receive and give at a level that they were not able to before. What you have really done is empower the participants. You have created an environment in which and a situation that produces the effect of their showing up big in a way that they could not or have not before. By empowering every single individual within the Training, your again leveraging yourself. Because every time the demand is on one person, all the other empowered people have their attention and energy focused on that person and it is magnified a hundred fold of what they were capable of on Saturday. All you are doing is leveraging yourself, empowering and training the participants to be able to show up and function and serve in the space which can show up on Sunday afternoon in the Training as almost you the trainer simply being the navigator. You hang back, people are essentially putting the demand on themselves and you can hang back almost at the perimeter of the space coming in when and as needed to keep the training on track. All you are doing is steering. You are not the energetic source because everybody is empowered, every individual in the training to become the source of the Training. This is one of the big things that they will take home with them is their ability to be producing or a cause or a source for the kind of clarity and distinctions and wisdom and instinct and the passion and the Wise Innocence that they are capable of as an Adult man or woman. They are actually training themselves in the Event to be able to do that in that Space so that they have a reference point in their body. So that when they go home, they take that reference with them to know yes that they did in fact do the things that they did. So that it is not simply just a concept or a theoretical idea. What they actually have is an in the body, physical reference point, hours of experience during which time they showed up in a way that they never knew they were capable of before.
So in terms of managing the energy on Sunday afternoon, what may be possible if you have an empowered group of participants is that the trust level is much higher, the ability to tolerate intense energy is much higher and it is possible for you to navigate into tremendously rich, nourishing spaces of very deep sadness, or very healing bonding or connectedness that is a delicate and rare experience in the domain of being human. You can actually navigate the entire group of people into that space if the door opens, you can walk through the door with everybody. You are not even talking about it, you do it energetically. These things happen energetically not by directing peoples intellectual attention in that way. Simply by being roped up with them, noticing an opportunity and walking through the door into the new opportunity and since everybody is roped up with you, they go with you, the entire group goes into this other space. It is almost as if they fall into the space, they actually get sucked into it or dropped into it. So that as a trainer by Sunday evening, you are receiving so much from the richness of the spaces that you are in, the energy that is showing up, that the opposite of exhaustion occurs. It can be fulfilling, ecstatic and blissful almost, what’s happening in the space is that you as a trainer gets fed from what is happening there. Energetically, even though you are navigating in a sense, the source person for the whole training, what’s happening is that’s not using your energy up. You are actually being tremendously fed and nourished by what goes on. So in terms of personal energy management for you as a trainer, this is what you want to watch for, what you want to create. If you are attempting to source the entire training, all day Saturday and all day Sunday from you being the source of the energy, it will totally exhaust you. You will become just completely wiped out. You may get sick or get a headache or get tense or whatever but, if that is happening for you you are not leveraging yourself and training and empowering the others in the space and then standing back and being navigator so that you can actually move into the spaces that actually feed and nourish you along with everybody else. That is tremendous value for people.
One more thing about energy management is that the space that you evoke is powerful beyond anything known. That is the space that you serve in the Event. What may feel like is a stainless steel protection around the space allows it to be pure and go to high temperatures. You are actually evoking the qualities, you are evoking the Athanor, the furnace. The furnace must be solid and capable of tolerating high heat energy without weakening or cracking or crumbling, without letting anything in. So one thing that you want to be aware of is that the energetic entity type things that people have locked away or hanging around them will also be wanting to feed on this space and you want to be energetically aware of keeping those things away and out of the space. There is one point in a training, where we had and incredible training, it was awesome. It was very rich and powerful as I have been describing. On Sunday evening, right at the end of the closing song, just after I was saying that the song was over and we had accomplished all the closing processes. Everything is done and complete and I said good night. At that point, I put my sword back into it’s sheathe and simultaneous with that, with me kind of backing down from holding the space in a certain way, simultaneous with me saying good night and doing that, a huge energy entity came out of one of the participants in the training and just started feeding on the space and started doing this new age bless the planet, let’s heal everybody, kind of thing and it was 15 or 20 seconds before I had my sword out again and put a stop to that. You must be aware of the fact that as the trainer, you are energetically sourcing and holding the space for the training from way before Friday evening until after Sunday evening, so until the last person leaves the room, you are still holding the space energetically for everybody. You are still responsible for that. Be aware of that.
A trainer must be able to juice up. What that means is regardless of what is going on in a trainer's personal life. Whether he has a fever, a headache, a pain in his back, a problem with his wife or children, a problem with his boss, a problem with his coworkers. Whatever is going on, when a trainer is in the position of leading the training, starting before the Intro on Friday night and going all the way through to Sunday evening. He is responsible for leading the Training. It does not matter what is going on in his personal life. What I discovered is that it is very simple to make a shift between being a victim of one's personal circumstances to be a trainer leading the Event and it is not a shift that is an act. It is not a shift that is not authentic. It is a shift of getting off it. Of dropping a position. Of quit being a victim. What I frequently discovered is that when I make that shift, it is a permanent shift. Whatever situation is going on before the shift occurs disappears because of the shift. The situation that was going on previous to this shift was no more or less authentic than what was going on after the shift. It is just different. One situation empowers the trainer and one situation disempowers the trainer. So, it is the responsibility of the trainer to be able to empower him or herself by making this shift, whenever or where ever it is needed. This does not mean that the trainer does not engage personal problems or ever put the demand on himself in the Training. Of course, they do. Of course they use that space to work on the situations to which they are being a victim.
For the Introduction on Friday night, for holding the space in the training, a trainer cannot be a trainer if a trainer cannot juice up. So the process of juicing up is very simple. It is energetically the equivalent of putting your hand down by your left side and pulling out your sword. Put your hand down at your left side and put your hand on the hilt of your sword. Your three foot long, Japanese beheading sword or your Luke Skywalker light saber. Whatever energetic model that you want to use for your sword. Whatever energetically that you want to do, you essentially reach down and pull out your sword. You got your sword in your hand and you are ready. You shift from being not ready to being ready. That is called juicing up. In Martial Arts, it is a standard technique. It is a standard model. It is the equivalent of centering in the Martial Arts. It is locating who you are or where you are coming from in you. Rather than having your attention distracted or attracted by anything outside of you. It is the opposite of being adaptive. It is adapting to nothing. That is called juicing up. It is the equivalent of being present in the here and now, rather than considering about other people or imagining about the future, worrying about the past. A trainer needs to be able to do so instantaneously. The recommendation is a trainer consider the possibility that he or she could be juiced up all the time. He is either sleeping or juiced up. He is sleeping or alive, sleeping or being centered or being present and at attention. This doesn't mean that he or she is numb. In fact, this is quite the opposite. It is almost a hypersensitivity. It does not mean that the trainer is invulnerable, quite the opposite. It's really a total openness and vulnerability. Without the ability to juice up or be juiced up and hang out in that state and function in that state, a trainer cannot lead the training. Without the ability to sense if another person is juiced up, the trainer can't train trainers.
